Important Notice – Elevator Modernization Work
Please be advised that from February 2 to April 30, 2026, scheduled work will be carried out to upgrade and modernize the elevator systems. During this period, the service may not operate at full efficiency.
On February 2 and 3, 2026, all elevators will be out of service from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
For the remainder of the period, only a reduced number of elevators will be in operation.

Το οτι μας κλεψανε μεσα απο το δωματιο (οσο λειπαμε για φαγητο και ειχαμε αφησει το κλειδι μας στη ρεσεψιον) πραγματα μας (ρούχα παπούτσια και προσωπικα μας αντικειμενα) καναμε καταγγελια στην αστυνομία και το ξενοδοχειο δεν αναλαμβάνει τις ευθυνες του. Πληρωσαμε κανονικα και την διαμονη μας ενω μας ειχαν υποσχεθει οτι θα επιστραφουν τα χρηματα της διαμονης που ειχαν εξοφληθει οπως και η αξια των απολεσθέντων. καμερες ασφαλειας δεν υπαρχουν πουθενα σε ολο το ξενοδοχειο!! . Απογοητευτικη η διαμονη μας σε αυτο το ξενοδοχείο.

Nous avons passé trois nuits blanches du fait de bruit non identifié dans l’établissement de plus notre chambre ce trouvait à côté d’une salle de réunion ce qui ajoute des désagréments à ceux déjà évoqués
The Hotel Bernini speaks for itself; a beautiful building luxuriously decorated and meticulously clean. The true gem of this hotel though are its people. So friendly, so helpful, nothing is too much for them. Special thanks to Lorenzo and Matteo who helped me so so much setting up special trips for my wife and I 30th anniversary.
Everything! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Location is perfect. Rooms are spacious and well equipped.
Coffee makers in room could be better.
The location of the property was EXCELLENT. Few minutes to River- squares, hundred of restaurants and shops. The hotel was the nicest hotel we have stayed at through Italy. If you can- do stay here. Room was comfortable and beautiful. Bathroom was gorgeous and spacious. The lobby was stunning. Breakfast in an elegant setting. If I return to Florence- I will stay here 100%
Not one thing we did not like
Posizione centralissima, personale gentile e disponibilissimo per ogni necessità, camera pulita e dotata di ogni confort, ristorante categoria gourmet.
Due inezie: avrei eliminato dal letto il runner e il baldacchino. Creano solo polvere.

The property was the ideal location with close access to all the sights and great restaurant options.
The rooms were smaller than preferred but given the location this is understandable.
