Beautiful property in an excellent location. So easy to walk to all the sight. Frederico was extremely helpful and recommended some amazing local restaurants.

I will not return to this hotel.
Pros:

Room is nice.
Breakfast was very uninspiring and not really a 5 star hotel standard.
Location of hotel is ideal.

Cons:

Staff are not good with English, therefore communication is a problem at times.
Staff at breakfast room look gloomy with no smiles, they are obviously not trained to understand that they are the first people who guests will be seeing, that they need to be more welcoming and friendly.
Car was booked to pick us up at hotel to go to airport, driver was 15 minutes late. There was a traffic accident he was stuck in but he should have aimed for early arrival by 15 minutes anyway, especially if the trip was to catch a flight. No apologies from reception staff, only explanation.

Luxury hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

Excellent location near to the Uffizi museum and Ponte Vecchio bridge numerous restaurants and bars in easy walking distance from the hotel- full buffet breakfast selection with choices to suit all guests. Good selection of drinks in the hotel bar. The concierge service is first rate in arranging museum visits and restaurant reservations.

A estrutura física do hotel é muito boa. A equipe toda foi muito prestativa, gentil e comprometida em atender a mim e a minha família. O concierge conseguiu atender a todos os meus requerimentos, mesmo os feitos em cima da hora.

Cons:

A única sugestão de melhoria diz respeito ao café da manhã. Não vi lógica para a cobrança por praticamente todos os pratos quentes, mesmo os menos complexos (como, por exemplo, um omelete simples).
