Pros:

Café da manhã muito bom e variado. Hotel também possui excelente localização, permitindo explorar o casco viejo de Colônia de Sacramento de maneira fácil. Estrutura boa, piscina aquecida excelente. A única pena é que a sauna não estava funcionando quando fomos, justo no inverno, o que considero lamentável. O quarto é amplo e confortável, mas a mobília e decoração são antigos, sem grande ostentação.

Cons:

Entendo que poderia haver uma previsão mais rápida de reforma da sauna, assim como uma orientação melhor para acesso de algumas áreas comuns (como a academia), já que o prédio conta com duas torres, mas a sinalização deixa um pouco a desejar, deixando os hóspedes um pouco perdidos. Sugiro também que as poltronas dos quartos sejam trocadas por poltronas mais novas e menos empoeiradas.

Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado, a 2 quadras da cidade antiga, bem à beira do rio, com vista muito bonita. Café da manhã muito bom. Piscinas muito boas e jacuzzi maravilhosa.

Cons:

Equipe da recepção com péssimo comportamento para um hotel deste nível. As diárias foram todas pagas no check in, mas a funcionária não registrou o pagamento no sistema. Quando fomos fazer o check out, foi solicitado para pagarmos as diárias, afirmando que as mesmas não haviam sido pagas. Informei que já havíamos pago quando chegamos, mas o funcionário do momento do check out duvidou da informação e demorou mais de 10 minutos para completar o processo, pedindo até o comprovante de pagamento, tirando copias e consultando várias pessoas, gerando uma situação extremamente constrangedora. NUNCA MAIS FICO NESTE HOTEL E NEM RECOMENDO A NINGUÉM! A cidade com certeza tem hotéis com profissionais melhor habilitados!

Hermoso fin de semana...
Pros:

El personal super amable, el desayuno riquísimo, la ubicación y sus vistas son espectaculares.
El servicio en general es bárbaro.
