Séjour agréable et petit déjeuner sympa .
Pros:

Très bien accueillis par tout le personnelle et conviavilité apréciée dès l'entrée à l'hotel ainsi que le personelle de ménage qui était particulièrement agréable.

Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique.

Cons:

Le manque de la climatisation avec cette période particulière de canicule ainsi que le fait de dormir la fenêtre ouverte est impossible en étant au rez-de-chaussé.

L’emplacement par rapport à ce que j’avais prévu.

Cons:

Pas de climatisation en pleine canicule (malheureusement, c’était bien indiqué dans les équipements mais je ne l’avais pas vu). J’avoue que je ne m’attendais pas à cela, car la majorité des hôtels proposent la climatisation.
L’absence d’ascenseur a également été compliquée. J’ai eu beaucoup de mal à monter ma grosse valise jusqu’à ma chambre.

Je tiens toutefois à remercier l’équipe pour le geste commercial consistant à m’apporter un ventilateur dans ma chambre. Grâce à cette attention, j’ai tout de même pu passer une partie de la nuit dans de meilleures conditions. Merci pour cette délicate attention.

Gel douche vide , fenêtre cassée dans la chambre , pas de clim ni ventilo alors que canicule , personnel de nuit injoignable malgré tentatives d’appel , chambre communicante mal isolée on entendait la chambre d’à côté et ils ont fait du bruit jusqu’à 3h30 du mat
