Pretty love the style of the Hotel very nice.
The night porter was rude when we arrived a bit dissapointed. But the lady at reception the second morning was very accommodating.
Spacious room. Very quiet. Lovely decor.
Locked parking for very small fee.
No top sheet on bed. Very unhygienic sleeping under a doona that others had slept under.

Showering in a bath difficult and dangerous to get in and out, cold breakfast dishes , lack of choice for bedding accessories , no blankets instead of doonas ,
You have to pay a lot extra for parking. This was not made clear on booking.com when I booked.
The pool, sauna and gym were a great little addition, plus the spa bath in the room. View was amazing and you could actually sit on the balcony to enjoy it. Rooms were comfy and clean too.
The only thing i didn't like was that we arrived early and they said we could use the pool and gym facilities until check in, but we didn't have the key and the pool towels were inside. No big issue, i just thought that was nice we could do that, but then had to cart our luggage with us to the pool to get changed and use a towel we had brought. Staff were a little unapproachable so i didn't want to bother them.

Good breakfast, spacious room, plenty of on street parking available nearby, very helpful staff and good service.
Worn out room with old carpet, shower taps were not shutting properly, old fashioned electric like light switches and sockets.
Staircase was closed and we were forced to wait for the elevator despite staying walkable on 1st floor.
The big size room. Always a go to for a relaxing night
Bathroom sink drain was blocked i had to unblock it
