Only stayed one night, would have stayed more.
Pros:

Ease of parking. Plus choice of parking - either below ground or at ground level. Lovely outside seating area. Easy to find.

When in Trier do consider the Best Western Hotel
Pros:

The location of the hotel was splendid. The suite (bedroom & sitting room) was spacious and well-equipped. The bathroom – with bidet and bath tub – was spacious, spotless and well-lit. The underground parking (which cannot be reserved in advance) was very convenient too.

Cons:

The hotel elevators were quite noisy and could be heard in the bedroom with the sitting room in between. For a businesslike suite one would have expected a safe/ deposit box in the room.

Bad mit Dusche in der Badewanne, nicht barrierefrei. Bad steht nach dem Duschen unter Wasser

Das Frühstücksbufett war wirklich sehr gut.
Das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war höllisch laut und somit nicht nutzbar. Zum Glück stand ein Ventilator im Schrank, den wir dann nutzen konnten
