Location and good value

Cons:

We got a budget room so had poor hearing with just a little wall heater. It wasn’t set up on arrival. However, the location and the staff were great and it served as purpose as a stop over point after landing before continuing our travels. Our car is too big to fit in their on-site car park so parked in the door.

Stylish and centrally located.
Pros:

Excellent sound-proofing. There was no city noise at all.

Cons:

The hotel's car park is only suitable for small cars, so we had to find street parking up the road.

A great stay made even better by Merry's wonderful and professional hospitality
Pros:

The customer service was absolutely outstanding. Merry did a fantastic job during our stay, she was incredibly professional, welcoming, and always greeted us with a charming, friendly smile

Loved the area and staff were very helpful in giving recommendations of places to see and things to do - nearby restaurants were amazing and you could walk everywhere or Uber if needed
