Nothing!!!

Cons:

At arrival the receptionists are not welcoming. Thier customer service was poor. The height of it was the room, #317 it was dirty and dusty, there was a naked wire just by the air conditioner. The room feels like it hasn't been occupied for months. I couldn't even shower in the bathroom because i don't know the last time that bathroom was cleaned up. Worst lodge ever!

I was greeted by a man behind the desk that was rude. He said my mom just did my nails do you like them? Very odd question do I refused to answer. He was really rude to me i had to ask where is my room? He also said type your email in cause my nails were done

Poor experience. No customer service
Pros:

Good location. Easy access

Cons:

No additional linen for the 2nd bed although mentioned for family
Bath towels etc was not stocked well
Toilet was blocked. No response from the property to fix timely. Multiple follow ups.

The room itself was clean and comfortable, which I really appreciated after a long day working at a festival in Boston. Most importantly, the sheets and bedding were clean, the bed was comfortable, and I was able to get a good night’s sleep. For a one-night stay, the room gave us exactly what we needed.

Cons:

The check-in process was extremely slow, we waited about 45 minutes, and the cleanliness of the elevator and some common areas was below expectations. They also advertise breakfast, but it’s really more of a grab-and-go coffee station rather than what I would consider breakfast. I did appreciate being able to grab a cup of coffee on my way out, but I think the description could be clearer so guests know what to expect.
