In my opinion, you should refund my money. I am a regular customer—I’ve stayed in another room that was very clean—but Room 201 was simply too dirty yesterday.

Totally waste.
Pros:

Nothing to like the property. Totally Scam.

Cons:

The room was not clean enough. Basic need for cooking was not available and microwave was not functioning and no sound proofing and lots of noise. Breakfast is just eye wash. Staffs are not solving any issues and not supportive. Totally not recommended

We loved the hotel and its proximity to Boston, Massachusetts.
