Spacious, clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location for access to MotoGP at Silverstone, just half an hours drive away. Food at the bar was great. Decent swimming pool and saunas too! Would definitely stay again.
Access to some of the rooms with heavy cases up/down stairs was slightly challenging, so pack light!

The privilege room was very comfortable with coffee making facilities and small fridge, sofa and robes.
The spa area was ok with warm pool. Sauna and steam room but no jacuzzi. Loads of parking.
Noise from corridor or other rooms very early in the morning. Sound insulation not great although most of the time it was nice and quiet.
Reception Staff were unfriendly and lacked people skills

I payed extra for a room at the cube hotel in Birmingham and the suite in lea Marsden hotel, your upgrade looked like a Premier inn slightly bigger..... We had to pay for breakfast which was top notch and worth the money....no problem at all , good bacon and sausage .... id scrap the guy that makes the scrambled egg though ....
