The only sad thing I would say the coloured girl on the reception in the main lobby was very rude arrogant and just disgusting person inside and out. but apart from that fantastic experience she should definitely be fired.

Wunderschöne Hotelanlage mit dazugehörigem Strandabschnitt. Viel besser geht’s nicht :)
Ich habe in diesem Fall ein Mehrbettzimmer genutzt, auch das war ordentlich und unkompliziert.

Cons:

Das einzige was vielleicht schön gewesen wäre, wenn das Hotel Vorhängeschlösser für Notfälle verleihen würde. Ich hatte keins, da ich sowas das erste Mal gemacht habe und musste somit auf Vertrauen bauen. Ist aber alles gut gegangen :)

Solid hotel choice during off season for a quiet stay with access to the beach.
Pros:

Good location and beach access with calm swimming spot. Good size rooms and nice balcony views. Kitchen in beach club was pretty good as were the cocktails.

Cons:

Room wasn’t really clean eg sheets and towels had stains and showers weren’t properly cleaned (had leftover shaving blade covers and fake lashes). Poor WiFi that kept dropping. No mini fridge to store drinks. Happy hour at beach club is a bit of a gimmick (only 2 drinks are covered and watered down singles are brought out).

Pros:

The staff were wonderful, super friendly and eager to help. The sunsets on the pier were absolutely stunning, the food was tasty and the vibes were immaculate. I liked that it was located in a quieter part of the island, with everything you need still in walking distance :)

Update: shout out to Santi at reception who always went above and beyond!

Cold showers :( but apparently it depends on the room you get

Pros:

Spiaggia stupenda, camere comode (noi avevamo la vista giungla) struttura comoda per rilassarsi. Posizione un po scomoda per raggiungere il centro dell’isola.
Abbiamo avuto un blackout in camera e ci hanno traslocato in una nuova camera in poco tempo, anche se la chat whatsapp non è stata tempestiva.

Cons:

Musica un po’ troppo alta con dj set al tramonto, servizio ristorante un po’ lento.

Tuve una excelente estadía en la isla. Todo el personal fue muy amable y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudarme con cualquier cosa que necesitara. Quiero destacar especialmente a Dani y Sina, de recepción, quienes me ayudaron con todo y estuvieron siempre muy atentos para que pudiera disfrutar de una linda estadía en Isla Mujeres. ¡Muchas gracias por todo! Es obligatorio no consumir soda o agua o alguna botana que no se compre dentro del mismo establecimiento.

Ni siquiera en la habitación.

Por eso decidimos hacer check out el mismo día de ingreso.
