Staff very friendly. Food was great. There really was something for everyone. Pool area good, and the Animation (Jumbo) staff were very enthusiastic, funny and friendly. Plenty of sunbeds and a lovely pool surrounded by gardens and greenery. Room was modern and clean - everything we needed. Safe and WiFi were free as was the air con. Even at checkout, their left luggage is controlled, which gave me peace of mind, unlike other hotels where it is just left on open view - it was booked in and I was given a ticket to reclaim it. We didn’t make use of the evening entertainment as the beach was walking distance - but we caught the tail end most evenings and everyone was having a fantastic time - guests and staff alike!!! I would highly recommend the Allegro. And not only that, Agadir is a great place to visit.

We have had a great week staying at Allegro and will be sad to leave today.
All the staff at the hotel were friendly and very helpful.
The food was varied and delicious and even had a lot of variety for the vegetarian in our family.
The only one thing that was a slight problem is that the staff take the towels from the rooms very early (sometimes before 9am) and don’t return with them until teatime. Not a big issue for us but meant we had to plan when to shower.

Hotel is a great hotel in a great location but this review is based on the food and drinks. All drinks are watered down with alcohol being below the minimum and food is terrible, same thing every breakfast, lunch & dinner time. The standard of the food was very poor this got to be the worst all inclusive we have ever been to for food and drinks! We got forced to eat out every day which cost us a fortune that we have already paid for in the price of the hotel. At breakfast the only thing decent was the omelette which is not cooked properly, the burgers & sausages tasted awful they didn’t even taste like meat! The queue for food was horrendous at night and meat was full of fat with barely any meat on it. The chips and nuggets were rock hard I feel sorry for kids as this was their only option! We will definitely be back to Agadir but definately look for a better hotel with better food and drink . The shows at night do not have enough seating to accommodate everyone . During the day they are not enough sunbed to accommodate the size of the hotel

We stayed all inclusive and the food has been fabulous. The entertainers excellent and friendly. The waiting staff are a delight particularly Asmae who was always happy and helpful. Overall thoroughly enjoyed my stay

We spent a week this family friendly hotel. We liked events, entertainments and activities. We highly recommend this hotel who looking for a hotel close to the beach. Thank Asmae for the kind service.

It was a great experience. We were welcomed by Kazzi who is a great guy and he also helped us when we were leaving. Wonderful staff, great location, good value for the money. Good food, wonderful kitchen staff. Abdullatif made the entertainment worth it. He is such a vibe.

Unfortunately, our experience fell far below the standard advertised and expected, and I feel it is important to bring these issues to your attention.
Throughout our stay, we experienced numerous problems, including:
Drinks were not readily available, and guests often had to ask for them.
Hot drinks were served, including warm beer, and guests had to find ice themselves.
The drinks served did not resemble those shown in the promotional photographs and were clearly falsely advertised.
The handrail leading into the pool was loose and unstable, posing a safety risk.
Toilet doors did not lock and there was a persistent unpleasant smell.
Our patio door would not close. Maintenance attended but simply informed us it was broken, leaving it unsecured for the duration of our holiday.
The toilet in our room did not flush properly.
There was no information in the room explaining how to contact reception or providing details about the hotel and its facilities.
Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable.
Towels were grey, worn and appeared unclean.
Guests were given very little information about the hotel or where facilities were located.
Most drinks were served in plastic tumblers and were often only half full or excessively watered down/slushy.
Staff were generally unfriendly, appeared unhappy, and frequently served incorrect drinks.
On one occasion, music was changed before the lights were switched off while guests were still present, making us feel unwelcome.
Staff uniforms and aprons were visibly dirty, raising concerns about hygiene.
There were large numbers of flies throughout the hotel.
We witnessed another guest being shouted at simply for pouring juice into a bottle.
The hotel was not as advertised. The promotional photographs were misleading and did not accurately reflect the condition of the hotel, the facilities or the food and drink available.
Overall, the standard of cleanliness, maintenance, customer service and facilities fell well below what was advertised and what we reasonably expected when booking this holiday. We feel that the hotel was misrepresented through its advertising and promotional images, resulting in expectations that were not met.

Towels on sunbeds from 6am. Limited shade around the pool there are not enough umbrellas.
Unoccupied sunbeds until midday with towels on not uncommon.

Food was lovely we couldn’t fault it, right across the road from a wonderful beach where the hotel was allocated their own sunbathing area with free sunbeds and parasols. We were all inclusive so not sure if that applies to other board, the pool area was lovely and spacious. We only went for 4 night wish we’d gone longer, ok the rooms are a bit dated but spotless clean

the best thing about this hotel was the staff in general. Most of them were very very helpful and friendly, unfortunately there were the odd few who bring the standard down.
One of the big issues that seemed to be doing the rounds was the changing of the towels in the room. They would pick them up at 9am but didn't replace them, you had to wait until late afternoon for them to be returned. Plus the housekeeper would knock and come in without waiting for a reply!
A few other things that are all pretty petty but added together just spoilt it a bit.
One last thing I would probably recommend going B&B as there so many great restarants around and good value, It's worth considering.

I would highly recommend this hotel for quality of service, food and overall cleanliness. I have stayed here once before and they have maintained there professional touch. I hope the staff remain loyal and stay as i call them my friends, i generally missed having to come home and i will be coming back next year for 2 weeka without fail.
