Allegro Agadir

I came with my partner for 7 days and first I book the view to the sea but you don’t have a proper view to the sea so don’t waste your money better view to the pool, nice location close to the market the pool is not to big , in this 7 days breakfast, lunch and dinner was good but morning is everyday same the only problem is the cleaning and the setup all the table are dirty with all the plates and glasses no much space where to eat because all tables are dirty I feel like they don’t care because I have to find the cutlery glasses and everything to finally eat so little sad about that but yes was a nice holidays all good in general but they should be take care about others people and no the only given them tips

This hotel has to be one of the worst hotels I’ve been to they are not child friendly don’t have much for junk ds ti do mostly pool for them the cleaning staff are also very rude the dishes in the restaurant are dirty with food encrusted with them the amount of wasps going around the hotel is terrible reported to staff and all they said there good for you the rooms hardly get cleaned foods repetitive it’s fresh but just the same also there fights breaking out at poolside also would not recommend this hotel

First time staying in this hotel 3rd year visit too agadir and loved it as always ..the hotel was fantastic highly recommend staff very friendly and helpful entertainment was brilliant the hotel accommodates for family's really well the hotel it big spacious and clean few minutes walk to the beach quite central too local shops restaurants food outlets like maccies kfc pizza hut too ...next time I visit agadir soon ill stay here again absolutely enjoyed my stay even straightforward pick up & drop off on our excursions too

Our group of six stayed in rooms 1008 and 1009. Shortly after arrival, it became apparent that the rooms we had been allocated did not match the rooms we had booked. We had paid for Superior room categories, including a Superior Double Room with Pool View and Balcony/Terrace and a Superior Family Room with Garden View. Instead, we appeared to have been placed in basic rooms on the ground floor, which did not resemble the room descriptions or photographs advertised.

Following complaints to management, I was moved from room 1008 to room 2024. While this room was larger, it brought further issues. The additional “bed” provided was simply a small sofa without a proper mattress, making it unsuitable and extremely uncomfortable for sleeping. The air conditioning in this room also did not work on arrival and required maintenance intervention before it became usable.

The food concerns raised during our stay were never properly addressed. Three members of our party became ill with diarrhoea after eating from the buffet. We were informed that forms needed to be completed at reception so the matter could be investigated. However, on two separate occasions when we visited reception to request these forms, staff had no knowledge of them and were unable to assist.

The entertainment programme remained limited throughout our stay, and the all-inclusive drinks selection offered very little variety.

Unfortunately, the worst part of our experience occurred on the day of departure. We were advised by hotel staff that we could leave our belongings in the secure luggage storage area until our transfer arrived. When it was time to leave, I discovered that one of my bags and a pair of shoes were missing.

I immediately reported this to reception and a member of management. Despite explaining that there appeared to be CCTV cameras covering the reception and luggage storage area and providing an approximate timeframe for when the items went missing, I was informed that the CCTV footage was not accessible. I was left feeling that little effort was made to investigate the matter or assist in recovering my belongings.

As a result, I have been forced to pursue the matter through my travel insurance provider.

Between the incorrect room allocation, repeated room issues, illness concerns, lack of follow-up regarding complaints, and the disappearance of personal belongings from what was described as secure storage, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences our group has encountered.

Sadly, none of the six guests in our party would choose to stay here again, and we would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Very helpful service. The waiters and helpers and cleaning staff were all very helpful and welcoming. Good entertainment during the day and night. Very nice pool area situated near the pool bar and restaurant. The hotel lays near the beach and close to most of the tourist attractions.

Stayed there for 2 weeks with my family and I'm happy with our choice. Big plus for a great entertainment team that made for a very positive and friendly atmosphere!

When u check in you have to fill the form n wait in the queue we waited for 45 minutes and as dinner time was over we were given only bread n salad and first room was terrible even the main door was shaking and given another room and there was cockroaches and air conditioning was not working properly and despite complaining for three days no one come to check

La plage à 2 minutes à pied de l'hôtel, avec plage privée appartenant à l'hôtel avec transats et parasol gratuit. L'hôtel fournit aussi des serviettes de bain.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The place was clean and the staff were very friendly. The pool was inviting and there were always sun beds available. The food was varied, plentiful and of good quality. There were basics like a pizza station, chips and chicken nuggets but also some Moroccan dishes and beef, chicken and fish. We ate breakfast and lunch here but chose to eat out at night. The reason I have only given 4 stars was because our check in was difficult. They didn't seem to have a room allocated to us and when we finally got taken to a room over an hour later it was to a room with a view of building works. I refused this room and they gave me one with a slightly better view. It wasn't till later that I realised there were sparrows nesting in a seam in the wall. This made the balcony not very clean. The balcony also was void of any sun so our towels and swim suits never dried.
For what we paid for the holiday we certainly had good value. We were in a Superior room. In this hotel these are the cheapest rooms so not at all Superior! These rooms appear to all be round the back of the hotel with the poorest view.
I would definitely recommend the Allegro but would maybe pay a bit more for a room upgrade.

Hotel was lovely but for me the animation team made this holiday for not just me but my whole family please can you tell all the animation team we will miss them all loads

The hotel started better then expected. Rooms clean and bigger then we expected location of room ideal for families. After this all went wrong. 1st night A/C DIDNT WORK. Complained to then find out several rooms in area weren't working. They just left it at that with no fix.
Biggest problem was that out of about 30 staff we came across. Only 2 were friendly. Most rude and didn't help. Food area the staff did not set our tables till we asked about 5 times. Then they wouldn't give water bottle till we asked again and again.
We ended up just eating out. That's how bad the service was.

Even if the hotel 100 stars. It doesn't matter if staff rude and poor service. Not again.
