Rooms very modern

No where near 4 star quality, a very bang average 3 star at best, poor standard of soft drinks, spirits not great, food passable but not great for kids unless they want pizza at lunch and dinner every day except for 2 evenings when both are not available, some dinner room staff are ignorant , unfriendly and and just ignore you. Nowhere near enough shade available around the pool area for people oh and a large amount of people reserved their sunbeds from 6am in morning and don’t attend till midday or later,so set your alarm

This is the last night of our 11 night holiday and we’ve had a fantastic time and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. We read the reviews good and bad but we like to make up our own minds. Check in was quick but it was late at night so we missed the evening meal. There was a woman at the reception desk causing a bit of a scene, screeching don’t eat the f*****g fish and the reception staff had abused her. My wife and I looked at each other and said where have we come to. But we needn’t have worried. We found the staff were very friendly. The entertainment team were fantastic. As mentioned by previous reviewers the food was repetitive but we always found something to enjoy. A big shout out to the restaurant staff, Houda and Douha in particular, they helped make our holiday. They worked tirelessly with a smile on their faces and they were always eager to please. They are a credit to the hotel, never stop smiling girls. Because of mobility issues we requested a lower floor. We needn’t have worried as we were located in block 1 and it had a lift to all floors. The beds were comfortable and clear and our room was serviced every day, we had a ground floor room facing pool area. Overall we had a very relaxing holiday that wasn’t too expensive. We heard people complaining but what do they expect, if you want Al a-carte/fine dining pay the price. The only criticism would be there was no draft beer, bottles only and during the course of the day the beer got warmer but it wasn’t the end of the world. The on site sports bar was great for watching the World Cup.

This hotel is very clean and tidy, the reception staff are very polite and helpfull, The Jumbo club staff are also very friendly greeting you in the morning, and were on hand to answer any questions you might have.

Entertainment team is always smiling food is great the actual entertainment is spot on the rooms are always clean

We travelled as a family to the Allegro and had a wonderful stay for 10 days. The entertainment team especially made the holiday for us

I would definitely come back again the food was delicious and the people were so lovely and helpful. It was a great holiday experience

Nice hotel for a week all inclusive, great weather, short walk to beach, there is a section for guests but no bar facilities
Food was plentiful with a good selection and themed nights which were lovely.
Rooms are spacious and clean as are all areas of hotel.
Wish there had been an adults only bar but couldn't complain. All the usual get up early for sunbed and some people's hygiene in the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired

All in all I would recommend and I would return

Quarto moderno, muito limpo, com cama enorme e boa TV. Jardim e piscina super bem cuidados, tudo impecável. O restaurante é limpo e com bastante espaço interior e exterior. O staff é muito atencioso, especialmente a equipa de animação, super divertida e simpática.
Apesar de não ser primeira linha de praia, fica a 5 minutos a pé por uma zona sem carros e com bastante animação. Uma estadia excelente.

Absolutely love this hotel, entertainment was amazing. The workers were so helpful, anything that we needed they would help us. Also a big shout out to Abdellatif for being so nice to us.

Staff were amazing ,very entertaining and fun and made everyone feel very welcome we had fun every night. Abdul and the rest of the team were great at night events

Just returned from the Allegro hotel. The guy at reception has whatsapped my daughter asking her for her Instagram details. She feels very creeped out by this behaviour. When we stayed we had to complete registration details which included adding our mobile numbers onto the form. This is the only way the reception guy would have got her phone number. Not only is it unprofessional but she is under 18. This is a safety issue for teenage girls. I was traveling as a single mother with 3 teenage girls. I am now in the process of contacting the Police.

Lovely staff especially Hicham and Quassim. Great vibes all day. Everyone at the hotel is lovely and very welcoming.

Hicham the entertainer was great! Rooms could defo be cleaned better but food, entertainment and location was good

Just an average 3 Star hotel. We had a room which overlooked the rear with a road over the fence either lots of noise from kids shouting. The room was fine and the service of the room could not be faulted. We found that the daytime activities were fair even if you could not hear announcements because of the inferior sound system.
The food was somewhat repetitive and it would be the same three days on the ‘trot’ and luke warm which was obviously the cause of numerous guests suffering stomach upsets.
The pool area was somewhat overcrowded and formed like a stadium with raised area on all sides. The hotel reception requires a shake up especially when booking in as the wait can be considerable.
Not a hotel we will think of ever re visiting as obviously not really suited to us but as a cheap and cheerful place no problem. We were not the typical type of couple at the hotel mainly for two reason, we are not overweight and are not covered in tattoos.

La piscina è bellissima e ben tenuta. L'unica nota che mi sento di fare riguarda l'animazione, a mio parere un po' troppo presente durante la giornata. In compenso, il servizio in piscina è eccellente, soprattutto con la formula all inclusive: il personale è sempre disponibile e attento.

Gli ambienti sono curati, i giardini sono splendidi e mantenuti alla perfezione. Dalla camera si gode di una vista davvero bella, la pulizia è impeccabile e il kit di benvenuto è stato molto apprezzato.

La colazione è buona e abbondante, anche se un po' ripetitiva. Essendo intollerante al latte avrei gradito qualche alternativa in più, ma so che in Marocco questo aspetto è meno diffuso e non lo considero un limite della struttura.

Un capitolo a parte lo merita il letto: semplicemente eccezionale. È stato uno dei letti più comodi in cui abbia mai dormito e quei risvegli mi mancheranno!

Nel complesso consiglio assolutamente questa struttura per la qualità degli ambienti, la pulizia, il comfort e la professionalità del personale.

Got back on Sunday after an amazing week..hotel is clean and in a good location..food was ok but a little repetitive..beach is 5min walk out back of hotel..pool always busy,sunbed hoggers,towels everywhere by 8am..time hotels stopped this happening,we gave up and went to the beach as could never get a sunbed round the pool as always had towels on all even when not being used. Unfair..staff were all lovely and friendly, we didn't go to any entertainment so can't comment,all inclusive was worth it..towels changed daily,bedding changed once..we were put in a room at back of hotel where a path runs,very noisy all through the night,even with doors closed..beds hard but managed to sleep on and off, pillows are horrendous! Went on 4 excursions booked via hotel,worth every penny..Fantasia..City Tour..Mini Sahara and Crocopark..we absolutely loved our week, thanku to the lovely staff and thanku Morocco,it was a pleasure and we'll definitely visit again x 10/10

Overall a great holiday, definitely not a 4 star hotel but for the money paid, great value! The staff were all so helpful and couldn’t do enough and the entertainment staff were excellent! Great holiday
