Cleanliness
8.1
Mostly described as clean in multiple reviews (clean rooms, 'clean and convenient'); some specific issues reported (crusty bed skirt, dirty shower grout, dirty window/screens/curtains), so overall good but not perfect.
Service
8
Many reports of friendly and welcoming staff, helpful front-desk upgrades and quick problem resolution, but a few mentions of rude or unprofessional front desk interactions and at least one incident where staff did not resolve a toilet malfunction.
Location
9
Several reviewers called the location excellent or perfectly placed (central between Verona & Madison, well located for weekend activities).
Room Quality
8
Rooms frequently called clean, spacious and comfortable with good water pressure; a minority reported uncomfortable beds, TV/channel issues, or small cleanliness defects.
Amenities
9.2
Strong praise for pool, waterpark, whirlpool and shuttle service; pool area repeatedly highlighted as a family draw, supporting a high amenities score.
Value for Money
8.6
Several guests said the property offered very good value and would return; a few extra fees (e.g., early check-in charge) noted but overall value impressions are positive.
Food and Beverage
7.2
Breakfast described most often as average or 'ok' with multiple comments calling it lousy or limited; a few guests enjoyed it, but overall F&B is a weaker area.
Overall Experience
8.3
Overall mixed-to-positive experience: many guests would stay again and praised cleanliness, staff and amenities, while some operational/cleanliness and service complaints tempered a perfect score.

Nice hotel
Pros:

This was a clean and convenient hotel. The staff were nice. The breakfast was ok nothing special. There was a large youth soccer group there so the breakfast area and hotel common areas were a little chaotic and loud but this isn't the hotels fault. Nice location. I would stay there again.

DO NOT USE HOTELS.COM.
Pros:

Canceled my hotel and even called to confirm. Got charged anyway. Called hotels.com who told me I had to take it up with the hotel. Called the hotel who told me it was Hotels.com who screwed up. NO ONE would help me out and they kept passing the buck back-and-forth and no one would admit they screwed up or refund my money. Convenient little game they can play when they can pass the buck and blame the other party and still keep their money.

Pros:

Stayed there 3 nights for business. The beds were very uncomfortable. The TV turned on but couldn't get any channels to work. The Breakfast was very lousy. The only decent thing was the water pressure.

Pros:

Was only there one night. Located in perfect place for our weekend. Front desk staff was unprofessional and barely made eye contact or was able to answer questions. Not a great start that put our weekend off in a negative way
