The coffee maker that is in the room was dirty. And the glass cups appeared unwashed, with fingerprints and residue on them. On the hallway at second floor the ice machine was not working, so we could not get ice. And we were waiting a long time to use the elevator, and we decided to use the stairs twice.

Needs updating. Carpets, doors, paint…

The 1 elevator was broken,but things happen and was a minor inconvenience! Really wasn't worth mentioning, I am sure other guests were inconvenience for a minute,some folks have no patience!

We arrived an hour early - let reception know we were there so that we could get a parking pass, not expecting to be able to check in yet of course, then headed to lunch - at check in time, 4pm, we then tried to get our rooms, which weren't ready, and we were moved to other rooms, of which one _still_ wasn't ready for a full hour after our check in time - one of the elevators was out, the rear doors don't lock consistently so anyone can walk into the hotel at all hours and the staff were almost unaware we were there - to the point some of them didn't even greet. Would not recommend. Sad to see as we were looking forward to the experience of the overpriced swim up bar.

The experience was not good; when I arrived at the front desk, the woman who assisted me informed me that they had overbooked and the room I had paid for was unavailable. I had paid for a room with a balcony, but they gave me a standard one. When I pointed out that this wasn't the room I had paid for, she rudely told me that if I didn't like it, I could go somewhere else. I then said I should at least get a refund, but she told me that wasn't her problem and that I needed to contact Booking.com since I had booked through them. I don't care about their internal disputes; the service is theirs, and it is their reputation that suffers. They are the ones who need to sort things out, rather than passing the problem on to the customers.

There are two elevators. Unfortunately, only one was operable. The one that was in operation was extremely slow. Both guests and cleaning staff had to use this elevator, causing some wait time. Many times we walked down the stairs from the 5th floor to save time.
The breakfast at the hotel is expensive.

One elevator was broken. They only had one active elevator which took a long time to get to the room and out. I waited an hour after checking in with a bunch of luggage for one of two of the elevators to be fixed. I was promised $100 off my first night which was not added.

Well the service was down . That’s what I was told when I tried to check in into our room . I hope I was not charged .
Had to find another hotel because the ladies at the front had no answers and the power was out . So horrible experience for me . Thank Goodness I was able to find another hotel .

See above and liars about making it up!

On the day of my reservation, the hotel called me to inform that Booking's system had outdated room information. As a result, they could only provide me with a single-bed room without a balcony, instead of the 4-person room with a balcony that I had originally reserved.

When I told the hotel staff member that I wanted to cancel the reservation due to this significant change, she instructed me to do so through Booking. I proceeded with the cancellation as requested. However, I was still charged for the entire stay despite the cancellation.

The hotel staff member who assisted me was dismissive and defensive throughout the interaction, even though the issue was not her responsibility. It was a problem between the hotel and Booking's systems.

Frustratingly, neither the hotel nor Booking has responded to my complaints or addressed this matter in any way.

The ELEVATOR SUCKED!! I read reviews prior to trip apparently it’s been like this way too long. Old carpet room had drywall damage
