The view from the room was wonderful.
The room was outdated. The dresser was broken and wear and tear in the bathroom. Also it looked like someone let their dog poop in the balcony and it was shoved in a corner.
Great Location. Great view of the beach.
Nothing
Location to gulf and Restaurants
Elevator!!!!!
Dicht bij de strand
Rappers gaven een optreden voor mijn deur, maar ze zijn zelf gestopt.
Clean. The balcony was incredible! Staff was personable and made us feel welcomed.
Our bed was not as comfortable as it could have been. I felt that the mattress was too soft for a platform type bed.
Bellísimo vista increíble
Todo piscina
Never in all my life have I experienced such a disgusting and decrepit hotel as this! Unfortunately, our reservations were nonrefundable. Pictures tell a disgusting tale.
There is only 1 elevator for the entire hotel. It always took 5+min to get up or down
The location and the pool was great as always.
The elevator once again was messed up. The carpet in the room was disgustingly stained. The drywall in the bathroom was separated and peeling.

This hotel is old and showing its age but, with that being said, Hope and Ciara really makes you forget that. From the first day checking in, Hope welcomed my family and made us feel more than welcomed. From the first night on Ciara took over. Anticipating our every want and need. They’ve made us change future reservations to this property. Yeaaaa them! Always a warm smile and greeting. Thanks so much ladies.
Very good spot. The pool was very well maintained and cleaned. Front desk was very helpful.
La piscina
It was nice
The best thing about this hotel is the location, it is front line overlooking the ocean with fabulous sea views.
The staff at both of the bars were also lovely.
There were numerous issues with the hotel, the biggest being the damp and mildew smelling bedroom which indicates that the AC is malfunctioning and is probably a health hazard. It quickly made all our clothes damp, boxes of tissues and paper also became damp. We were shocked when we walked in to see the 2 cream coloured bedside lampshades were full of mould marks and rust damage (pic attached) indicative of the damp in the room. It shows that this hotel just doesn’t care to think that this is ok and not to even bother to replace them. There was a large brown stain on the carpet (pic attached) that the hotel appeared to have made no attempt to clean. The orange painted bathroom door was also badly chipped/damaged at the bottom (pic attached). All in all a very grim bedroom to have to spend any time in.
The most bizarre feature at this hotel was in the reception area where they had attempted to hide the one main lift in the hotel. It has not worked for some considerable time and no attempt appears to be being made to fix it. It was covered with an odd wall hanging and a strange purple table arrangement (pic attached). There was only a very small service lift in action for all the guests (and staff) at this large 5 floor hotel.
The security doors at the back to the car park were left open for anyone to just walk in off the street so the hotel didn’t feel secure.
There was no room cleaning, on the 1st day we phoned reception to say our room hadn’t been cleaned and we were told that they provided daily cleaning. We phoned the 2nd day when there again had been no cleaning and this time the story changed and we were told the room was only cleaned every 3 days.
On our last day we made the mistake of ordering breakfast at the restaurant, the “freshly baked muffin” as described on the menu was definitely not fresh. The toasted english muffin was rock hard, both products were inedible and we left them.
It feels as though the management at this hotel no longer care and have given up, we were very, very glad to leave.
Very dated and run down. Not what I expect from a Hilton property. We had 2 rooms. First room the tv remote didn’t work, the thermostat didn’t work, the ironing board was broken, we had to jiggle the toilet handle every time we flushed it. The second room was slightly better, but had rust growing on the lampshade, and every time the air conditioner popped on, it sounded like a 737 taking off. The hotel only has one elevator that is quite slow. If you’re staying pre cruise, expect to lug your luggage down the stairway or wait a long time for an elevator with enough room. The entire hotel smelled musty and needs a serious update. Paid almost $350 per room for one night. Definitely not worth it.
