Service and people were great but facility is disgusting should double check with public health

Take my advice, paying a little more does not hurt. If it’s cheap, something is wrong.

Cons:

- when checking in, I was asked if I’d light housekeeping the following day. I told them no as I only had a two day stay. Upon returning from my conference the following day, I found that housekeeping had gone in. Why ask if you don’t honor our answer. I really hate when my belongings are open and thought they would’ve respected that.
- the smell of the bed, pillows and comforters were horrible. It smelt like wet clothes set aside. No matter how much I sprayed, it smelt so bad. If you insist the bedsheets are clean, I suggest you inspect the washer it is coming out of because that stank af.
- when in the shower, I turned the knob for warm water and it fell right off. Tub was stained brown. Towels were placed right next to the toilet. Yuck.
- first night sleeping there, I was awoken by loud banging on the neighbors door. Seems like they had just gotten back from the bar downstairs and the couple had gotten into an arguement. The man out side the door was yelling and cussing to have the person inside open the door. All I kept hearing was treats and yelling “OPEN THE FUCKING DOOR”. I could not fall back to sleep that morning.
- when I arrived back home, came to find out I got damn ringworm from that hotel. The facilities says it all.

One of the wall outlets didn’t work in the room and the cold water sink handle was very loose so it was hard to turn the water off and on. The shower head did not stay up.

Below expectations.
Cons:

Room clearly wasn’t cleaned. So much dirt on the floor, stains on the toilet rim, hairs on both beds, yellow stains on 3 out of the 4 pillows. Towels appeared dirty as well. Could hear the neighbours too much. All this noticed upon entering room.
