The location is great but that's about it.

Cons:

It took at least half an hour to check in, one person working only at the busiest time of the day (10 plus customers waiting in line). The overnight disturbance was beyond unacceptable. The guests behaved with a level of disregard and disorder that would embarrass a pack of wild animals.

Great experience.
Pros:

The room was attractive and refurbished nicely. The best part of the property was the location. Walking distance to most attractions. Parking is paid but they manage it well. We enjoyed our stay. Loved Mary’s cafe next door.

Cons:

Little humid in room but we were close to pool and it was very humid outside. Even though we were in the middle of the action we didn’t find it too noisy.

Loved our stay at the Best Western Bayfront couldn’t have pick a better place to stay on our trip to St Augustine.
Pros:

Fantastic location for visiting old historic downtown St Augustine, within walking distance to many great restaurants and other activities. Trolley stop just in front of hotel provides transportation to other nearby attractions. Reasonably priced, very clean and well appointed, staff super friendly and helpful. Will definitely say here again!

Overall we were disappointed.
Pros:

The location was the only thing acceptable. We could walk to anywhere that we wanted. Parking was tight but acceptable, would have been better if there wasn’t a charge for it.

Cons:

The a/c was smelly and dirty. The pillows were way too soft, the bed was hard, the shower had hair stuck to the wall, no blanket or comforter.
