Price on point for the area.
Pros:

Location with space to park can’t be beat

Cons:

Had corner room next to hskp on ground floor.
Hotel next to a restaurant/bar on one side and busy access street on the other.
Noisy until about midnight.

The overall experience left me feeling taken advantage of as a customer
Pros:

The advertised price differed significantly from the final amount charged. The room was advertised at $138 per night, but I was charged approximately $580 for two nights. I felt like I booked a budget hotel but ended up paying upscale hotel pricing.
Additional parking fees should be clearly disclosed during booking, as this was not communicated beforehand.
The parking lot was overcrowded and did not have enough available spaces for guests.
The shower and sink water pressure were very weak and need improvement.
Conversations outside the room could be heard clearly from inside due to poor soundproofing. At approximately 3:00 AM, I was awakened by guests in the neighboring room sitting outside and talking loudly. I had to turn on the television to drown out the conversation.
The “Free Breakfast” offering should be more clearly described. The breakfast consisted of a small bag containing one muffin, one bottle of water, and one apple.

Would stay here again
Pros:

The hotel’s location is excellent! We could walk everywhere and not use our car.

Cons:

We didn’t know we had to pay for parking at the hotel which was $25 per day. Friday night and Saturday night there was a rock band, maybe the rooftop next to us, that we could hear clearly in our room.

Nice stay for a night
Pros:

Beds were comfortable and bathroom was nice

Cons:

Room was tight! Small and bathroom had a sliding door? Weird for privacy and beds were comfortable but top cover was scratchy not soft. Breakfast was just a bag with water and snack

Memorable girls trip 💓
Pros:

With being 4 girls the bathroom is so big we all got in there to get ready at the same time. Location is perfect as I have a walker and oxygen I could come and go easily to town and the view of the bay was beautiful. Even though we were in the heart of town you could not hear the outside noise in the room. I will be back. This is my new go to motel as my daughter and I come at least once a year. Bonus Mary's Harbour View diner is right on the property and that is always our go to breakfast 😀

Cons:

The only thing that was an issue for my daughter was the ac. She likes the room to feel like a freezer and the ac unit is at the back of the room which took a bit to get the cool air to the sleeping area. Maybe put a stand up fan in the closet to use to push the ac out into the room.

Remodeled and Very Clean
Pros:

We were skeptical because there are dated bad reviews; however; the hotel was remodeled, and it was very clean. It is not fancy, but it is an okay place to stay.

You can't beat the location. That's the reason I got it when I was doing my search.

Cons:

The room was much better than expected. My only disappointment was paying for parking. I feel the hotel rate was high enough that I shouldn't have had to do that.
