Due to external road works in the area, there has been a disruption to the gas supply. For safety reasons, we are not permitted to restore or operate the gas system at this time.

As a result, we are currently unable to provide hot water in the hotel until further notice. Unfortunately, this also means we are not able to accommodate guest stays during this period, as we are unable to meet the required comfort and service standards. untill 22nd AprilGuests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

Location to Hyde park

Cons:

Bathroom was poor quality. No where to hang shower head up. Bed linen wasn’t clean on one of the beds. Very small room. Only 2 teabags in the room which is poor especially as there are no other facilities in the hotel to buy drinks

There was no breakfast. No facilities. Terrible hotel. Nothing

Cons:

The hotel was being renovated. You could not read the floors on the lift. They gave me a bit of paper with breakfast times there was no breakfast. Very difficult to operate air conditioning. Toiletries terrible. Shower cold this morning.

Pros:

Very nice hotel, very clean. Very friendly staff.

Nice room, great location for Hyde Park concert
Pros:

Welcoming staff on reception, comfy beds and nice bathroom! Was perfect for our night at a Hyde Park concert! Would definitely recommend

Buena estadía frente a los jardines de Kesington
Pros:

La ubicación: cerca de central line de subte y de varias líneas bus que comunican con las principales atracciones. A un par de cuadras hay una zona donde hay lugares para comer, comprar comida o tomar algo.
El personal muy atento.
La habitación era cómoda y limpia.

El lavatorio estaba tapado y a pesar de pedirlo no lo destaparon

Disappointed in the noise.

The room was large and very comfortable in terms of arrangements.

Cons:

However, the room was right under a construction crew who began working at 7:00 AM, which was really early, We also had a room along the street and there were large deliveries being made at 9:00 PM right outside our window, which was very loud and kept us awake.

Great location but room not amazing
Pros:

The Aircon was absolutely delightful. Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Double bed was absolutely TINY! Would have been a nice bed for one person but for a couple, it was far too small. Shower was either freezing or boiling with no in-between and pressure was bad.

Cons:

Was no bar facility no breakfast or food and place was under renovations and we wer on basement and floor was covered in plastic.
Staff no help when we tried to complain state booking. Comes fault. I didn't receive or see an email regarding renavations
