Due to external road works in the area, there has been a disruption to the gas supply. For safety reasons, we are not permitted to restore or operate the gas system at this time.

As a result, we are currently unable to provide hot water in the hotel until further notice. Unfortunately, this also means we are not able to accommodate guest stays during this period, as we are unable to meet the required comfort and service standards. untill 22nd AprilGuests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Our stay was far from comfortable.

The staff were generally excellent and helpful, with one major exception: the morning manager. His behavior was extremely rude, disrespectful, and condescending. He repeatedly spoke to me in a dismissive manner, laughed sarcastically during our conversation, and made several statements that were clearly untrue.

The staff initially informed me that our room was ready and that we could check in, but the manager insisted that no room was available and that we could not enter until 3 PM. We later entered the exact same room that the staff had confirmed was available.

There was also a misunderstanding on my part, which I acknowledged. However, instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager exaggerated the matter and made false claims, including an allegation regarding the fire alarm at 4 PM, despite the fact that I was having lunch at a restaurant approximately an hour away at that time.

Later, at around midnight, he imposed a £100 fine and told me to either pay it or be removed from the hotel.

Throughout this discussion, the manager made at least three statements that were demonstrably false. His attitude was highly unprofessional and made the entire situation extremely uncomfortable. This level of treatment is unacceptable, particularly from a manager representing the hotel.

Great location and nice hotel
Pros:

Great location, safe

Cons:

Tv Channels on Booking.com stated Satellite TV channels, this was misleading as only some freeview channels were available. Work was also being carried out starting at 8.30 each morning

كانت تجربة سيئة جدًا وما تستاهل السعر أبدًا. اضطرينا نقلل مدة إقامتنا ونطلع من الفندق بدري الغرفة كانت ضيقة جدًا، وباب الحمام ما كان يتقفل بالكامل (مو المشكلة في القفل، الباب نفسه ما كان يقفل) ما أدري كيف ما شيكوا على شيء أساسي زي كذا قبل ما يعطوا الغرفة للنزيل!
برضو مافيه حتى الخدمات الأساسية بالغرفة، لا مياه شرب مجانية ولا مناديل!

It was a terrible experience and definitely not worth the price. We ended up shortening our stay and checking out of the hotel early. The room was extremely small, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly (not a problem with the lock, but the door itself wouldn’t fully close!). I honestly don’t understand how the hotel failed to check such a basic issue before assigning the room to a guest.
Also There were no basic amenities provided in the room, not even complimentary bottled water or tissues!
Save your money and stay somewhere else.
