Ringere end tidligere ophold. Ny hotelejer, så håber renovering i sidste ende betyder at de får styr på service.

Placeringen. Værelse fin størrelse.

Cons:

Pga renovering ingen restaurant og reception/opholdsområde i en del af mit ophold. Dvs morgenmad måtte købes andetsteds. Værelsets senge manglede et sengetæppe, nogle puder eller andet. Kun redt med hvidt dynebetræk og 1 hovedpude pr. seng. Hårtørrer defekt. Tv-kanaler var ustabile (løs forbindelse,jeg selv forsøgte at få sat fast.

Excellent stay yet again
Pros:

Good location perfect for our needs.
Clean comfortable room and helpful staff.

Cons:

It was unfortunate that there was no restaurant or bar facilities due to the refurbishment being undertaken but we were made aware prior to booking.

Die neue Rezeption war das beste in dem Hotel

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer, in dem die Fenster nicht zum Öffnen waren. Außerdem waren keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad. Das Bad war für Behinderte- niedrige Toilette und Waschbecken. Duschvorhang unpraktisch

Dieses Hotel hat unseren einwöchigen London Urlaub zu nichte gemacht.

Die Zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Zimmer-Bad runtergekommen, Wände aus Pappe, zur Zeit befindet sich die Lobby - Restaurant und Bar in einer Renovierungsphase, daher alles geschlossen es gibt auch kein Frühstück, sie machen Urlaub auf einer Baustelle für viel Geld. Weder vom Hotel auch Booking.com gab es eine Info über diesen Zustand. Werde dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall mehr besuchen. Eine Beschwerde geht auch an Booking.com.

فقط تعامل الموظفين اوك

الفندق كان فيه صيانه وغرفتي في الدور الثالث ومافي اصانصير لازم اسحب شنطتي من اللوبي الى الطابق الاول عشان اطلع الدور الصالث وعند الحجز في بوكنق ماوصلني اي اشعار بخصوص الصيانه
انا عندي الم في الركب وتضررت اكثر بسبب نزول وصعود السلم بسبب عطل في والصيانه في الاصانصير والفندق
الغرفه مافيها كوفي مشين ابدا والتلفزيون قديم والاثاث قديم جدا
الغرف مافيها عزل تسمع الغرف الثانيه وسوالفهم
الحمام قديم والسيفون بالغصب يشتغل

Good location but rooms needs more updating
Pros:

Everywhere clean and tidy inside and out.
Staff friendly and helpful .
They were having major refurbishment in reception area but alternatives were well organised and dust kept to minimum.

Cons:

Rooms was small and bit cramped. Furniture well dated but functional......Bathroom in urgent need of updating. Very old fashioned shower from taps and bath narrow.Was very clean but worn out.
