Cons:

Sauberkeit Tische, vor allem unter den Tischen im Speiseraum. Betten: Untergestell älter, bröselig. Matratzen unterschiedlich. Dusche Fliesen lose am Abfluss. Klobürste! Tür zum Zimmer so krumm, nur mit ordentlich Rums zu schließen.

Pros:

Immer wieder eine Reise wert, alles war wie immer Prima, das Hotel hat noch teilweise etwas alten Charakter aber in den letzten 1,5 Jahren hat sich schon sehr viel getan . Macht weiter so
Habe zum 2.Mal das Abendessen/ Buffet dazu gebucht, sehr zu empfehlen.Bin nächstes Jahr wieder da. Die Lage ist natürlich Top, direkt am Strand.

Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam, das Frühstücksbüfett (von 7-11 Uhr, wir sind immer früh dort gewesen) und der Spa-Bereich gut.
Die Lage ist hervorragend.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit und der Zustand des Badezimmers (Fliesen, Wände, Dichtungen und Fugen in der Dusche) waren nicht optimal.

Lohnenswert, dieses Hotel zu nutzen trotz kleiner Mängel an der Ausstattung.
Pros:

1A Service des Personals im Restaurantbereich (sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend), Küche reichhaltig und hochwertig, inkl. veganes Angebot, zentrale Lage einmalig (Seeblick, direkt am Strand), schöner Wellnessbereich (Schwimmbad und Sauna), ruhiges Haus.

Cons:

Fernseher funktionierte nicht (Programmauswahl, z.B.: ZDF u. a. waren nicht empfangbar) trotz mehrfacher Bitten um Reparatur ohne Wirkung. Verweis auf Direktion ebenfalls ohne Reaktion.
Sanierungsbedarf an kleinen Stellen (Verfugung Dusche/undichter Wasserhahn, Lackschäden am Bettrahmen
