comfortable & a nice big room
was a bit noisy being close to a busy road at times
No seats, bed uncomfortable, noises from other guests when they leave their room, can also smell petrol fumes from cars, wall heating is noisy, internet is slow for a hotel standard.
Good location for events in Arthur’s Point
Hotel is in need of a good upgrade. Our room had black mould around the window area, and there was water lying underneath the sponge cushion on the window seat
Close too ski field
Hard bed
Les lits chauffants
Ventilation du chauffage un peu bruyante
Shower pressure not good
The snow outside made it special
No staff in restraunt at times
It was opposite the onsen, but also around 15-20 minutes drive to Queenstown and Arrowtown.
The heater broke on the second night so it was freezing cold. We were given a small portable radiator heater but it didn’t have enough power to heat up the entire room. I also found a black curly hair in the bed (neither me or my partner have black curly hair) as well as nose pickings in the sheets.
Stunning in the winter with the ONSEN straight across the road from the resort was a bonus.
The bowling alley for the kids, superb
N/A
The room was clean. The service for cleaning was good. Made up beds, tidied room and cleaned bathroom and provided clean towels.
Breakfast was ok.
I hated the shower over the bath. The phone did not work and had to get maintenance, but failed a number of times. I had a courier addressed to the Hotel with my name. According to the courier they came and the staff did not know the name ( my name registered there) and it was taken back to their deport. It was my medication. Staff should of checked my room number. By the time I found my courier I had it sent back to my home address. Very inconvenient, I was not happy.
Talking to the staff (reception) and lack of understanding English was a problem. At times I felt like I was the problem.
Breakfast. I was not impressed that yesterdays breakfast was offered.
The TV only had one channel. Maintenance could not fix. Ummm we had to watch the games on our phones. I was not happy.
The size of the bedrooms is awesome
Room 204 toilet is leaking. Absolutely no waterpressure. When you shower you slip on floor.
Close to Queenstown. Place is clean
A little dated.
After hours staff were really helpful and friendly
The bowling hall where breakfast was served was very cold and felt like the aircon was on cold, which made the breakfast get cold fast
It was warm
Very very tired. Bath had mouldy batch in it
Carpet very tired
