Pros:

We stayed for a concert so it served our needs. Comfy beds, super nice staff and clean. Breakfast was an option but we didn’t get down in time

Do better
Pros:

Bathroom was gross had hair in it, was a bug crawling on the floor. Only reason didn’t complain was told was the last room they had available

Great place, if we end up in Greenville again we will definitely stay again.
Pros:

The hotel itself was great, staff were helpful, room was spacious, bed was comfortable

Cons:

There was not enough towels and had to ask several times and took the whole day just to get towels.

Nice stay except for hitch with clerk

Clean and quiet, convenient location.

Cons:

Booked two double beds on app and clerk gave us a king and refused to give us double beds. She said that if I have any concerns, I should contact booking.com.

Pros:

It was clean, staff was friendly. Location was good for a concert in Clemson.

Cons:

I didn't like that I did not get the room I paid for on booking.com. Too many holes to jump through to get the price difference back. I booked a room for 6. I got a room for 2. Luckily 2 of our friends couldn't come. But I was still charged for the bigger room even though I got a smaller room.

Pros:

Friendly staff, clean safe location, bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up! Great hotel and will be even better when the pool opens.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok but could have been better. No TV guide.

I didn't get my bed made nor clean sheets. I did get clean towels when requested and daily trash removal.

Was good and convenient to where we needed to be
Pros:

It was clean and convenient to downtown and the Furman.

Cons:

Staff after 9 seemed to disappear. Pool was closed and website didn’t mention that. One main reason I picked this hotel. Didn’t receive housekeeping and asked for towels 2x and never received
