Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Frühstück war sehr gut
Zimmer waren auch in Ordnung
Lage zentral auf Rügen, konnten vom Hotel aus mehrere Fahrradtouren machen

Cons:

Dampfbad und Aussendusche standen nicht zur Verfügung

Angefangen von der sehr freundlichen Begrüßung beim Empfang und das nette Personal im Restaurant & beim Frühstück hat alles gepasst und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Es gab nix zu beanstanden!!!

Schönes Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal, Zimmer sehr sauber, Frühstück war normal, hab ein bisschen mehr Frischobst vermisst, aber es war für jeden was da, gute Lage, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen, Massage war super

Dass man als Hotelgast den Parkplatz bezahlen muss. finde ich nicht so gut

Bequeme Betten, freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Essen. Normale Preise .

Keine Information an der Rezeption , dass man die Sauna selbst anschalten muss so standen wir vor der kalten Gartensauna. Ausserdem wurde uns erst beim onlinecheckin mitgeteilt dass die Innensaunen renoviert werden. Bergen hat nicht viel zu bieten

Wir waren rundum in allen Punkten sehr zufrieden.Top Zimmer; sehr nettes Personal in allen Bereichen von der Reception bis zum Service; sehr leckeres
Essen zum Frühstück und im Restaurant.Super Ambiente und gute Stimmung.Leider befand sich ein Teil des Saunabereiches gerade im Umbau.Ein TOP Hotel👍👍👍🙋‍♀️🙋

Außergewöhnlich GUT
Pros:

es war alles perfekt, wir kommen gerne mal länger wieder. Dann mit unserem kleinen Hund, da es da auch gute Angebote gibt.
