Cons:

Erst nach dem wir ein gereinigtes Zimmer gesehen haben,waren wir damit einverstanden.Wenn Busse mit Gästen im Hotel waren , war das Frühstück gegen 08.45 für die anderen Gäste weg (keine Auflage/Brot/Brötchen) 2 Tage .Selbst das Personal am Empfang klagte über Personalmangel.(teilw. ohne Deutsch/Englischkenntnisse)Stolpergefahr auf dem Flurzum Zimmer 272.Hoher Clorgeruch im Bad.Forderung von Zusatzkosten angebl. für Booking.com.(Abgelehnt). Es waren nur Zimmer mit Badewanne ( zu hoher Einstieg nicht rutschfest /82Jahre)

Anstrengend und nervenaufreibend
Pros:

Frühstück war gut. Sauna, Pool und Fitness kostenlos nutzbar.

Cons:

Bekomme keine Rechnung für meine Firma. Seit 5 Tagen rufe ich mehrmals am Tag an und keiner ist erreichbar. Per E-Mail bekommt man auch keine Antwort. Sehr schlechter Kunden Umgang.

Pros:

Das Frühstück, war okay. Jedoch waren 14,50 € zu hoch angesetzt.
Es gab einen Innenpool und eine Sauna. Der Ruheraum sehr klein im Ein-und Ausgangsbereich und ungemütlich, schlecht belüftet.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war staubig, voller Spinnweben, im Bad Schimmel in der Dusche, das Zahnputzglas war dreckig, der Mülleimerdeckel ebenso.
Parkplatz Gebühr 5€ pro Tag...aber nicht abgeschlossen...was für ein Wahnsin. Haben wir am Ende stornieren lassen, nachdem wir dem Herren an der Rezi die Situation im Zimmer erklärt hatten. Fotos wollte er nicht sehen, hat sich aber Notizen fürs Housekeeping gemacht. Keine Entschuldigung.
In der Bar war es jeden Abend sehr laut, weil eine Reisegruppe (Rentner) echt viel Gesprächsstoff laut ausgetauscht hat. Andere Gäste und auch wir haben die Bar verlassen und uns im Flurbereich davor aufgehalten.
Alles in allem ein in die Jahre gekommenes ungepflegtes Hotel, welches wir nicht mehr buchen würden.

Vorsicht: Das Hotel verlangt Zusatzgebühren, die beim Reservieren nicht ausgewiesen werden. Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter weigern sich vehement, eine Rechnung auszustellen. Ich werde hier nicht mehr übernachten.

Great potential failed by poor management
Pros:

The hotel does have a pool as well as three saunas. It also has a list of rules posted for the pool and the saunas.

Cons:

Management makes no effort at all to enforce the rules in the pool and saunas. For example, while there is a posted rule about sitting on towels in the sauna, there aren't any sauna towels supplied. (The bath towel handed out at reception are not large enough, and they are soaked after a single use. And, they ran out of those towels before evening.)

There are rules prohibiting wet swimsuits in the sauna, but those rules are not enforced.

Aside from the sauna there are dilapidated carpets and worn-out laminated flooring in dire need of replacement. There was neither heating nor air conditioning in our room: the thermostat activated a fan, but there was no change to the temperature in the room. (Freezing at night and too warm during the day.). There's only one elevator that works. The shower tubs are slippery and will result in a serious fall eventually. This hotel has potential, but it's being run like a fleabag hotel instead of like the four star gem it could be.

Schlechter Service vom Personal. Teils schmutzig, verbrauchte Teppiche. Keine Bedienung beim Frühstücken, es wurde nicht abgeräumt. Booking Kosten wurden dem Kunden berechnet. Keine richtige Rechnung bekommen. Unprofessionell hoch zehn.
