Alles in Allem ein gutes Hotel. Die Zimmer nach hinten raus sind schön ruhig.

Cons:

Die Lage ist ein wenig abseits. Keine Restaurants drumherum. Die Handtücher waren ziemlich verschlissen. Wen viel Gäste morgens duschen, ist der Warmwasserdruck sehr gering.

Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber tip top gepflegt. Wir waren in den letzten 5 Jahren 15 Mal dort und freuen uns jedes Mal über den emphatischen, ja fast freundschaftlichen, Umgang mit dem Personal im Frühstücks- und Restaurantbeteich. Halt Stammgäste 😀

Staff are the weak link with this hotel
Pros:

Location and main lobby was clean and inviting.

Cons:

The STAFF. Absolute worst check in experience with staff, likely ever. The check in staff member was no where to be found, seemed only 1 person was capable of performing this function. She acted like she was having a medical issue it was so odd. Aside from sharing her boss lets her do what she wants and she didn’t care, it was about all she said over and over. Quite scary actually. Beds are hard and there wasn’t any hot water for showers in the mornings, but good water pressure.

Ich habe gut geschlafen und mehr habe ich nicht gebraucht. Von dem her, jederzeit wieder :)
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber, für den Preis auch echt geräumig! Das Bett war sehr bequem. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich Top.

Cons:

Es ist etwas hellhörig und die Handtücher waren löchrig. Aber ich finde bei dem Preis kann man das wirklich verzeihen.

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral, so dass das Zentrum fussläufig erreichbar ist. Die Ausstattung ist gut und auch das Frühstück reichhaltig.
Das Auto konnten wir unkompliziert in der Tiefgarage parken.
Später check-out um 12 Uhr.

Rezeption war 24 Stunden besetzt.

Cons:

Zimmerpreis wurde doppelt abgebucht und wir mussten aufwändig die Kreditkartenbuchungen auseinanderrechnen und per Screenshot nachweisen. Das geht so nicht! An der Rezeption sollte bekannt sein, wenn das Zimmer bereits bezahlt wurde und nicht noch einmal beim Frühstück abgebucht werden. Entschuldigt wurde sich nicht! Dieser Fehler passierte auch bei einem weiteren Reisenden!

Auch wenn wir es nicht genutzt haben: Check out bis 12 Uhr

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber. Auf einer der beiden Bettdecken waren schmierige Flecken und auf der selben Seite war unter dem gemachten Bett ein knitteriges Lacken, als ob schon jemand drin geschlafen hätte. Auch wirkten 2 der 4 Handtücher als ob sich dort schon mal jmd. die Hände abgetrocknet hätte. Absolut unakzeptabel für JEDES Hotel, aber insbesondere für eines, dass sich selbst 4 Sterne auf Booking.com vergibt.
Parkplätze 14 Euro und Frühstück (pro Person) mit 21 Euro zu teuer. Wir haben kein Frühstück dazu gebucht, sodass wir nicht beurteilen konnten, wie ausgiebig dieses gewesen wäre.
