Another fabulous stay
Pros:

We returned for a 3 night visit and it was as superb as the previous year and with the added benefit of the beautifully appointed spa (under renovation last year). We so enjoyed the indoor heated pool and well equipped gym as well as the very high standard of light lunches offered in their Vitality Corner restaurant. Overall the wonderful rooms, wonderful staff and high standard of meals throughout the various restaurants makes for a perfect stay and we look forward to visiting next year.

Pros:

It was a nice, relaxed atmosphere with good and friendly staff. Very beautiful location with history.
Good breakfast. The light snacks, lunch bites at the spa were delicious.
Delicious (red pinotage) wine, nice that you can do a tour and tasting at the estate.

Cons:

Restaurant Manor Kitchen, the high room with tiled floor creates a somewhat large, cold ambiance. It doesn’t fit in as well with the rest of the atmosphere, all other spaces are looking warmer.

Lanzerac is a gem & worth a unique experience

Everything was great! An ideal and remote setting to rest-up after 12-days in western Cape Town and on game drives in NE section of S. Africa. Hope to return!

Wonderful!
Pros:

A beautiful, unique hotel surrounded by vineyards. The food in both restaurants was excellent and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time.

Cons:

We would have liked more details about the wines when we had the wine tasting.
