It was great! We would stay there again.
Pros:

The room was clean and well appointed. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. They answered all of our questions about the area. Cookies at check in and to go breakfasts available at check out were a nice touch! The breakfast was outstanding - lots of choices and options for all dietary needs. We traveled with two dogs and the hotel was very pet friendly and accommodating.

It’s was very clean and staff was super nice. They had a nice outdoor area with a fire pit. That was really great because I wanted to be outdoors.

Pros:

The Greystone Lodge was excellent: modern, exceptionally clean; courteous and professional staff. Worth the cost. Would recommend if you have not visited Boone previously.

Modernes, recht neues Hotel. Schöne Zimmer mit bequemen Betten und sehr gutem Frühstück. Ruhig, obwohl das Hotel direkt an der Straße liegt.

An upscale experience for a mid-market price
Pros:

We spent a couple of nights here on a family holiday and it felt like a real treat after more mundane chain hotels. The breakfast was a particular highlight, with loads of choice. As visitors from the UK, the only downside was the throwaway attitude to dining materials - every plate, bowl, cup and piece of cutlery goes straight into the bin. For 3 people we counted 15 items plus cutlery. This level of wastage is just not seen in most countries any more. An attempt by the management to separate recyclables from regular trash was not being enforced.

Clean!! Best Breakfast!
Pros:

We don’t have to have top hat and tails to feel first class. This boutique hotel has everything you want or need. The rooms are common spaces are immaculate and well presented. The chosen artwork is perfect for that feel of being in the High Country. The breakfast is incredible and unmatched anywhere. The staff is friendly and very helpful in answering any questions and giving suggestions. The ONLY dislike for me is the fact that the ice machine is located on the second floor. Woo is me!! Very well run hotel and would recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Everyone was really nice. The property was really great. The breakfast was really great. It’s a great option. If you have family at Appalachian State only about seven minutes away from campus and near everything. This was a great find, the rooms were really nice and the beds are comfortable will be staying again.
