Pros:

海景房可直接在房間內欣賞亞庇最負盛名的夕陽景色，住宿兩晚，一天在房內，一天在club lounge整面觀景窗觀賞落日美景，體驗非常好，club lounge的餐點也很不錯，有機會再到亞庇會再次入住

It was good value and well located.
Pros:

Location was fantastic and central to everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Rooms were a bit dated. Shower doors didn’t close properly so water leaked out. Reading lamp didn’t work properly. Paint peeling off the ceiling in bathroom.

Great family hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

The property was in a very good location - close to the beach and close to all the town sights. Easy transport access with taxi's, and walking distance to the wharf for day tours to the nearby islands.

The breakfast buffet was awesome, and the room was very comfy.

The staff are what made the stay pleasurable. Everyone bent over backwards to help with any questions we needed answered, and nothing was an issue for the staff at all. Each morning we were greeted by Anna who was very pleasant and helpful at breakfast time, as were many others throughout the day. It made a good stay even greater.

The pool was good as it has a shade cover - which you need for the hot sun.

There was a bottle refilling station and they use glass bottles - heaps less plastic used which was great to see too.

Cons:

Nothing. Loved it.

A great place to stay very comfortable with a great staff. I'll be back again.
Pros:

Room as per request.. overlook the sea view which I really enjoy it.very mesmerizing sitting looking at the sea view.. love it 😍.
