Beautiful comfortable room overlooking the sea friendly welcoming and helpful staff. An ideal base for exploring KK
Pros:

The location was perfect a great spot for watching the sunset and wandering out for dinner/drinks at the waterfront and exploring the market.
The room was beautiful and really comfortable we all loved the sea view and the pretty lights in the room. All the staff were all really friendly and helpful and kind.

Cons:

The pool area is very run down it needs an overhaul of the decking seating and good really do with an upgrade for the level you expect for this hotel.

Pros:

海景房可直接在房間內欣賞亞庇最負盛名的夕陽景色，住宿兩晚，一天在房內，一天在club lounge整面觀景窗觀賞落日美景，體驗非常好，club lounge的餐點也很不錯，有機會再到亞庇會再次入住

It was good value and well located.
Pros:

Location was fantastic and central to everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Rooms were a bit dated. Shower doors didn’t close properly so water leaked out. Reading lamp didn’t work properly. Paint peeling off the ceiling in bathroom.
