Cercanía al mar pero suciedad afuera de las habitaciones

Cons:

Se percibe suciedad en las instalaciones, las cortinas deberían y cubrelechos deberian ser cambiadas, podría estar limpio pero a simple vista parece sucio. El olor a humedad y cigarrillo.

A nice place to stay to access the beach for most of your stay; older facility, but quite nice!
Pros:

Room was on the first floor, and was amazingly quiet. Comfortable beds! Older facility, but suited for the time we spent in the room. Very accessible to the beach, and a great location overall.

Cons:

Location was great for shopping and beach access. A great overall place if you will not be spending many hours in the room. Pool was small, and many people could not be there at the same time, however, quite nice and clean in the pool area which we did not use, but did note. Lots of families stayed here with children during our stay, but there was not a noise concern whatsoever. Was nice!

Don’t expect comfort or hospitality

The location was good and the 24 hour pool

Cons:

The staff was horrible didn’t speak much English when asked any questions but spoke clear when attempting to charge us 25/hr to park after 11am.

Excellent experience!
Pros:

Property from outside may look old but the rooms are very good for the price we pay. Free parking.

I had booked and had to cancel couple of days and the hotel staff agreed to cancel from their side so I did not get charged my booking.com. I booked with them the next time returning the favour. It was very close to the beach and walkable.

Cons:

May look little sketchy or old from outside.

Exceptional customer service. Great location. A little outdated and needs a good deep clean.
Pros:

The owner was so friendly, as were all of the guests I interacted with. It was an easy walk to the beach, and it was close to plenty of places to eat and shop.

Cons:

It could have been cleaner.

Good value compared to nearby chain hotels, but definitely not nice.
Pros:

The location was great for us as we needed to be near 31st-35th beach front for a few days for a vball tournament. Price was better than the chain hotels but should have been less per night due to the condition of the property, outside doors, no housekeeping, etc. AC worked great, good water pressure, ice machine, walkable to everything include grocery store.

Cons:

No housekeeping over 5 days, not even when I asked. I finally had to ask a housekeeper pushing a cart for replacement towels.

Outside doors, parking lot was filled with shady people drinking on Friday and Saturday night, cat-calling my teen daughter when we walked back from dinner and then watched us to see which room we were going to. This place definitely brings in low income families and we watched our backs every time we went back to our room.

Decent for 1 night. The online photos will always fool a person so please don’t go by photos present

The location close to the Beach.

Cons:

The room was leaking water either from the wall or air conditioning unit which caused me to utilize towels to soak up the puddle of water throughout the day and night. When leaving the room I noticed a technician was in there fixing the air conditioning unit

Pros:

I like nothing about this hotel. This hotel is horrible from beginning to end. Terrible customer service. Terrible communication. Terrible management. Dirty rooms. Roaches in the room. Sinks breaking running water you name it !

Cons:

But then like anything about this hotel. It was bad from beginning to end. I actually left a day earlier because of this.

The first room they put us in has not been cleaned. Office lady was not sociable at all, the room stunk, needs an update in the worse way! Only a sheet and thin comforter on the bed. Did not feel safe in the area!
