Stayed in 7 hotels in recent trip and this was the worst value!
Pros:

Never had breakfast there. Appreciated the shuttle service and driver.

Cons:

Hairs in the shower, bed was made but had a past notice folded inside the bed sheets And NO elevator!! A little much for someone 72 with bad knees. This to my knowledge was never disclosed. Trip information to lake Louise was very confusing. Suggest distributing a written paper to outline the shuttle service and amenities. Lastly we were given an “upgrade” that she originally was going to charge us for .. this included a balcony looking out of the freeway with traffic noise. Definitely not a good value !

Gran opción aunque algo alejado del centro del pueblo
Pros:

Cons:

Nada

Beautiful views and nice interior decoration
Pros:

Nice hotel in the outskirts of Banff with a great view and nicely decorated. On top of that a hottub with a view to the mountains. Very delicious breakfast at the restaurant with views.

Cons:

The highway is very close to the hotel. We did not hear it from our room facing the back.

Enjoyed the stay and staff
Pros:

The E-bikes were a real bonus to tour around Banff.

Cons:

The light was very poor in room for reading.
Too expensive just to sleep, Banff is a place where you spend your time outdoors.

Cons:

No stairs to upstairs. Ice machine only in the restaurant-I didn’t like having to go to the restaurant to get ice.

Pros:

Ochotný personál, vynikající restaurace, hotel je přímo u dálnice

Cons:

Bohužel výhoda, že hotel je u dálnice má i nevýhodu v tom, že dálnice je velmi slyšet, zejména na terase restaurace

A beautiful property with fantastic staff. Our room was clean and a good size. The restaurant and bar was brilliant and a shoutout to our server Amy who was so funny and welcoming and made our meal such a memorable experience.

Would not stay here again. There are nicer places to stay in Banff that cost less.
Pros:

It had a nice view from the room’s balcony and staff was nice and welcoming.

Cons:

It sits right next to and above the freeway which can be heard even at night with the room closed up. It is old and a poor value for the price. Management would not adjust reservation allow us to cancel the 4th night of a four night stay when we had to be at the airport in Calgary at 3 a.m. for a 5 a.m. international flight (airport is 1 1/2 hours drive from the hotel).

Wonderful, quiet, and convenient stay at the Juniper, and the food was divine in the restaurant.
Pros:

The room was clean, quiet, and spacious enough for me and my friend for three nights. The staff was very helpful, and the shuttle into town was fantastic. The food and service in teh restaurant were exceptional, and I especially enjoyed the burratta with peaches. We were given a window view since we had booked far in advance, and I really appreciated the attention given to this detail. I would highly recommend this hotel to others. Thank you!
