Pros:

The staff were really welcoming and helpful. Especially Matias at the breakfast in the bistro. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The location was great, just outside of Banff centre so quiet and comfortable. The free shuttle service was a great bonus, and if we had more time we definitely would have made use of the free bike rental.

Cons:

The only feedback we would have is that there were four of us in the room and only two cups/glasses were provided. Not a problem for our one night stay, but if a room is booked for 4 people 4 of everything should be provided.

Lovely staff, but expensive
Pros:

Lovely staff who were very helpful, great to have the option of getting a free shuttle into town and back, lovely brunch in the morning at the bistro. Location is a bit out of town, but the major highway is just below the hotel so you do hear traffic when outside on the balcony. Views are great though.

Cons:

Bathroom was pretty tired. Water staining in the sink, and the bathroom itself was small, but bed was comfortable. expensive for one night. Yes Banff is expensive, but I think there are other options in town that have updated rooms for less.

Beautiful Mountain View
Pros:

Lovely Mountain View from our room, comfy beds, amazing coffee. We enjoyed being away from downtown Banff but only 4-5 mins drive to train station which offered free parking to dine/walk around Banff. We enjoyed hot tub after hiking. We had dinner at the bistro one night and food was delicious . Hotel provided bear spray which you could checkout and check-in each day.

Loved the room in terms of comfort, view even though we were at the front of hotel
Loved having crockery cups, glasses and a kettle. Seems to be a rare thing these days.

Disappointed in Chalet
Pros:

Great restaurant. Many free amenities for outdoor activities

Cons:

Booked a "chalet". Photos from hotel listing gave impression of new, stylish, and elegant furnishings. We found stained sofas, highly worn (as in paint/stain worn away or chipped off) dining table and chairs, and other furniture in living area also showing more wear than it should. The single bathroom (intended for up to 6 guests) was tiny. There was one dresser in the master bedroom and a locked closet, so no place to hang clothes. If you are after a rustic getaway, maybe you overlook this, but for us it was a big disappointment especially for the price. On the positive side, housekeeping was good and the kitchen in the unit was well equipped with new cabinets.

Dated rooms and disappointing view of the car park
Pros:

The view from the restaurant is spectacular.
The shuttle service to/from town is invaluable.

Cons:

We were told by the receptionist we had a fabulous room when we were checking in only to find we were on the bottom floor on a noisy corridor between the bistro and hot tub area with a view of the car park. We had received an email inviting us to upgrade our room but when we responded to upgrade were told they had contacted us in error and we weren’t eligible. The bistro food is good but pricey and rather pretentious. The room furniture was dated and the bathroom tiny. The woman on reception when we arrived was very hard sell on tours and insistant on booking immediately which put us off. The shuttle service was great but we did mainly walk into town every day. The town of Banff is absolutely amazing.

Convenient place to stay near Banff town if motorway traffic noise doesn’t bother you.
Pros:

Clean hotel close to Banff town. Delux rooms have nice mountain view.

Cons:

Located right next to a busy motorway. Very very noisy even in the middle of the night.
The staff did offer to change room to one overlooking a car park with practically no view which I declined.

Fantastic view from room and the free ebikes for 3 hours.

Cons:

Although I liked the hotel not being directly in Banff, getting to town was either a 25 minute walk or drive in and deal with parking in Banff. The hotel does offer a free shuttle but it is only a car and availability was very limited. They do offer free ebikes for 3 hours so that is an option to get into town.

L'accueil et la qualité des informations transmises par le personnel, la vue depuis la chambre, la présence d'un jacuzzi dans l'hôtel, la gratuité du parking et la mise en place d'une navette entre l'hôtel et le centre-ville

Cons:

J'ai choisi une chambre avec balcon et vue pour profiter de la situation géographique de l'hôtel mais ces chambres donnent également sur l'autoroute en contrebas et les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées donc on entend absolument tout

Pros:

Very convenient with perfect views, best bistro and amazing hot tub. They offer complimentary e-bikes, backpack for borrowing and bear spray that makes the trip hassle free and covers your unforeseen needs.

Cons:

AC in the room were too noisy but we turned it off and was perfectly able to sleep.
