It is a lovely place to stay for 2-3 nights in Banff.
Pros:

The location and view is fantastic.

Cons:

Breakfast time starts 8:00am seems like late. It will be better to start breakfast a little bit earlier.

Pros:

Das Hotel an sich und die Ausstattung incl. BISTRO waren sehr gut.
Die Mahlzeiten im Bistro sind ansehnlich präsentiert unf geschmacklich sehr gut. Nur der amerikan. Kaffee ist wie überall gewöhnungsbedürftig - halt amerikanisch !

Cons:

Abwertung erfolgte aus folgenden Gründen:
1) die Teppiche in den Treppenhäusern und Fluren waren stark reinigungsbrdürftig
2) im Bad ist keine Möglichkeit einer Notfallhilfe installiert. Für einen Alleinreisenden ist das höchst riskant

Le personnel est poli et courtois. La chambre est bien équipée.

Cons:

La salle à manger ferme un peu tôt, soit à 20h30. C'est dispendieux.
