Comfortable, clean and good breakfast.
Pros:

It was hot in Milan so having AC made it bearable at night bed was comfortable appreciate the helpful staff breakfast was good quality with several choices.

Cons:

We a bit disappointed when our a premade breakfast box was forgotten by staff. Other than that all good.

色々不満はあるけど
Pros:

中央駅から近く、毎回完璧に掃除されています。また部屋の大きさも広くは無いですが狭くも無く使いやすい大きさです。エアコンは自分で調整可能です。ホテル内や居室内に飾ってある絵も素敵です。朝食スタッフは2人共親切で丁寧な接客です。フロントの人達が顔を覚えていてくれるので、宿泊者以外は入る事が出来ないと思うので安心です。

Cons:

既に3回出張で宿泊していますが、そのうち2回は地上階の車椅子でも宿泊可能な部屋にされました。フロアには3部屋のみなので騒音は殆ど聞こえないし、中庭向きなので暑くも無く快適ではありますが、バスルームが使いにくいため、他に部屋は無いか聞いたら4階の部屋を見せてくれましたが、道路側で朝の騒音がうるさいし暑いと言われて悩んだ結果、地上階の部屋にしました。満室でも無かったようなのに、その2択しか無かったのかと少し不満です。また地上階の部屋は毎回アジア人かアラブ人しか会った事が無いのも色々推測してしまいます。フロントの朝のチェックアウト時にいる人だけは無愛想で感じが悪いです。朝食メニューは毎朝ほぼ同じです。
