A really professionally run well-established hotel in the Centrale district. Just a few minutes walk to the station and metro so easy to get anywhere in Milan. Excellent staff and a great welcome from the ebullient Davide. Room was very comfortable and good air conditioning which even had controls you could understand (almost unique in a hotel!). Excellent range of choices for breakfast and a small secluded garden.

Kiva hotelli aseman lähellä. Hyvä aamiainen ja toimiva huone. Kiva terassi sisäpihalla aamiaishuoneen yhteydessä. Hinta korkea kuten Milanossa yleensäkin.

Erinomainen sijainti juna-aseman ja keskustan lähellä. Rauhallinen katu. Aamupala erinomainen, ja voi nauttia puutarhassa. Siistit huoneet ja hyvä palvelu.

Very good location, good breakfast, good cleanliness.
There is no plastic shield while taking shower, it make water spread on the restroom floor.
Lift is too small and slow. I cannot imagine what will happen if there is a rush time.
The hotel was really near Milano Centrale which was the starting point of the many tours that I joined. It was also close to many restaurants and supermarkets. The room was really cosy and had all that I needed. Best of all, the staff like Mr Alberto, the duo at the breakfast room really made me feel at home. Mr Alberto allowed me to check in early and I was really grateful after the long flight there. I stayed there for 13 nights and I highly recommend this hotel!

駅から近く，スタッフが親切，朝の飛行機便で早くホテルに着いたが，空部屋があると早めにチェックインにしてくれた，すごく助かった。

Bardzo pomocny i życzliwy personel, czysty pokój I łazienka, w pokoju czajnik , herbata, kawa i cukier. W lodówce woda. Świetny sestaw kosmetyków, kapcie. Wygodne łóżko. Smaczne śniadania, pyszna kawusia:)
Mogłyśmy zameldować się wcześniej oraz pozostawić bagaże po wymeldowaniu. Blisko dworzec, metro, restauracje. W hotelu jest winda.
