Great clean hotel with big room
Pros:

Good size room, bathroom and a small balcony. Love the italian blinders making the room dark and cool. Decent breakfast selection, even if it's very Italian style.

Cons:

The bed was a bit too firm, and first time using the shower it took 10 minutes before it got warm, but that was only the first night then it worked as it should. We were a bit bothered as we didn't know how to turn off the AC display and it lit the room in blue light all night, and the instructions didn't say how to turn it off. Eventually we figured it out, so yes you CAN turn it off! Would be nice if this was explained in the instructions.

Good location for short stay even for use the Milano Central Station

Pros:

The location was adequate for practical reasons (retiros rental car at our arrival to Milan)

Cons:

Clean pretty and tasteful decor. Lovely little garden. Helpful staff. Great breakfast. Good for traveling not a great neighborhood for hanging out.

Un buon soggiorno in un albergo migliorabile
Pros:

Un buon albergo comodissimo alla Stazione Centrale e ai mezzi di trasporto locali. Personale molto gentile, disponibile ed efficiente. Colazione in discreta quantità ma di buona qualità. Pulizie ineccepibili.

Cons:

Struttura datata che necessita importanti migliorie, a cominciare dall'eliminazione della moquette dai piani e dalle camere. La doccia e i sanitari sono da rinnovare, ottimi invece i prodotti del set di cortesia. Insonorizzazione buona rispetto ai rumori esterni ma inadeguata tra una camera e l'altra. La bottiglietta d'acqua consumata in stanza all'arrivo è stata addebitata, e in un 4 stelle dovrebbe rientrare tra le cortesie per gli ospiti.
