Pros:

Siamo ritornati sicuri di una accoglienza calorosa e non siamo rimasti delusi. Direi sempre meglio, stanza meravigliosa, personale super disponibile, simpatico ed empatico. Piscina meravigliosa e ragazzi pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza dei clienti. Al Ristorante la qualità è garantita sia per i pasti che per la colazione servita da personale decisamente unico e brillante! Bravissimi a prestissimo!

Pros:

Uno spettacolo. Camera pulita e spaziosa, piscina enorme e con discesa graduale, mia figlia ha adorato. Receptionist bravissimi e disponibili. Colazione super. A 10 minuti di macchina dal mare.

Cons:

The AC unit could not be lowered to <24 degrees even overnight. This is much too hot. I asked several times if something like 21-22 is possible to the staff in person and by phone. They said yes, but this was clearly a lie - nothing changed. One of the waiters in the restaurant was rude and did not want to serve us until a senior waiter intervened.

Lea calme le professionnalisme du personnel avoir une borne de recharge sur le parking de l'hôtel fut fort appréciable.
La tranquillité et pas trop de touristes étrangers fut pour nous du repos complet

Nella camera entrava odore di fumo dal condotto dell’aria condizionata: ci sono voluti 3 giorni per avere il cambio camera. Al check out
scopro che dalla piscina sono state delle consumazioni della piscina mai ordinate. Quel giorno non ero neanche nella struttura, ma ad ogni modo non me le hanno fatte pagare.

Super hôtel ! Les chambres étaient propres, confortables et bien équipées. Le personnel était accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et de très bonne qualité. L'emplacement est idéal, proche des principaux sites d'intérêt. J'ai passé un excellent séjour et je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir !
