Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und ist auf alle Wünsche eingegangen.
Wir konnten auch schon weit vor dem regulären Checkin auf unser Zimmer.
Es gab zwei kleine Flaschen Wasser gratis im Zimmer.
Ein Kühlschrank war vorhanden.
Es gab genug Ablageflächen für Kleidung.
Das Zimmer war wie von uns gewünscht leise, konnten also auch mal etwas länger schlafen.
Das Frühstück war ok, auch da wurden Extrawünsche ohne Probleme erfüllt.

Cons:

Die Tür des Badezimmer war eine wirklich schwere wahrscheinlich Feuerschutztür. Es war anstrengend diese zur Benutzung des Zimmers zu öffnen.
Die Toilette, generell die Badeinrichtung war sehr niedrig, hab ich so in noch keinem Hotel erlebt und ich bin auch nicht groß.
Die Armatur ging nur sehr knapp über das Waschbecken, so lief oft Wasser auf die Glasablage.

Die Temperatur des Kühlschranks ließ sich nicht verändern. Die Temperatur war viel zu hoch eingestellt für heiße Tage.
Ein Schuhlöffel wäre auch ganz super gewesen.

Ideal für einen schönen Trip nach Berlin!
Pros:

Wie immer das Wichtigste: es war sauber!
Die Lage ist super, 200 m von der U-Bahn Haltestelle „Naturkundemuseum“, und nur einen kleinen Spaziergang von der Friedrichstraße entfernt. Die Lage ist wirklich toll!
Das Frühstück war auch gut, mit einer schönen Auswahl.
Das Personal war freundlich.
Auf dem Zimmer gab es einen kleinen Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Instant Kaffee. Nette kleine Goodies. Badezimmer mit einer recht großzügigen, barrierefreien Dusche.
Direkt nebenan ein Rewe Markt, der bis 23:00 Uhr geöffnet hat. Top! Ideal für Snacks und vor allem Getränke! (Mit dem Rewe Markt teilen sich Hotelgäste übrigens das Parkhaus. Das Parkhaus kostet pro Nacht 24 € extra) Bei meinem nächsten Trip nach Berlin komme ich gerne wieder!

Domenico, cameriere alle colazioni è una persona fantastica. Pronto a dare consigli x la visita della città . Tutto lo staff è eccellente. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

Schöner Aufenthalt in einem verkehrsgünstig gelegenen Hotel, mit Allem, was man braucht...!

Das Zimmer war gut und modern ausgestattet, sehr sauber, wir hatten einen Wasserkocher und Auswahl an Tee und Kaffe zur Verfügung.. Dazu war ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer, was sehr gut war,
Das Hotel liegt sehr Verkehrsgünstig an einer Hauptstrasse, die Bahn (Tram direkt vor der Tür... U-Bahn ca. 50 m entfernt) unser Zimmer war nach Hinten, es war absolut leise. Frühstück, mit dem man zufrieden sein kann, es gibt alles, was das Herz begehrt mit genügend Auswahl und wird ständig nachgefüllt. Personal sehr aufmerksam. Tiefgarage fürs Auto wussten wir zu schätzen... alles in Allem sehr schöne Tage in Berlin, von einem sehr zentral gelegenen Hotel, das wir, bei einem erneuten Berlinbesuch gerne wieder nutzen werden.

War sehr schön, gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage war super, wir haben alles zu Fuß erreicht und das Auto konnte stehen bleiben. Das Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber und für uns ausreichend.
