Bed was very uncomfortable. Bed caves in middle then top of mattress by bead post feels like your down slope. My husband and did not sleep well all night.
The pool was nice.
That there was a manager there all week once we got home I tried to contact the manager no one ever calls back when we checked in the room we was given was dirty including dirty adult toys and dirty panties still in the room had the front desk worker look and she put us in a different room informed us all the managers where out of town for the week then the next day we had our do not disturb sign up and left when we got back someone had been in the room trash was changed fresh towels and some of our belongings gone once again was told managers where gone and they couldn't do anything about it I had to speak to them once they got back. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!
The hotel is close to shopping, restaurants and transportation. We only stayed overnight so it was difficult for us to assess much of anything else. The front desk personnel were very helpful and pleasant. Upon arrival we noticed two families enjoying the pool. The kids were having a blast. Ice was accessible on the first floor near the elevator, there were light snacks and drinks near the front desk if you didn't want to venture out. The Waffle House was literally next to the hotel driveway. You could enjoy a breakfast or dinner meal there. Or you could enjoy a warm breakfast served between 6 - 9 a.m. There were many restaurants within walking distance. Not many we investigated delivered. A list of those that did at the front desk would be an added bonus to your guests. Along with a list of all restaurants would be helpful, as most families that arrive with children are looking for pizza or chicken places that deliver so they can get the kids settled for bed.
The scrambled eggs tasted like they were powered. (My opinion) The slice of toast I had was individually wrapped. Great for hygiene but such a time consuming job/task for any employee. I am sure this was to prevent the bread from drying out. A pair of tongs would be useful here. Keep the bread in a container or in the original wrapper.
The location was handy to the interstate, but little traffic noise.

Bathroom was small and slightly outdated. Pillow was not comfortable. AC didn't work the best.
