Pros:

立地条件が良く、外食に困らなかったのと、朝食が美味しかった！
大浴場が、工事で使用出来なったが、トイレとお風呂が別々の部屋に変更してもらえました。

日航のイメージで行かなければ良いホテル

JRが直ぐそばで近くにイオンがある
宿泊お値段が安かったこと
ビュッフェのビーフを煮込んだ物が美味しかったこと！

Cons:

フロントの女性の返事がウンウンと返事をする事に違和感。
大浴場の湯船や隅々を見るとカビが目立つ。給水機があるがトレーは水アカやカルキで固まっていてお風呂の掃除が行き届いてないことがわかる。
ビュッフェ5000円を利用したが手の込んだ物は無い。5000円の限界かもしれない。。。サーモンマリネ？はケッパーと一部しかドレッシングがかかっておらず味がしない部分があるのが残念。保温器の中のステーキや豚肉のソテーは硬くなっている。地中海コーナーの鉄板焼があったがその場で焼いて貰える訳ではない。３種類あり鯛を選択。お刺身の厚切り大の物が1枚。保温された物にソースをかけて渡されました。
シーフードカクテルも手のこんだ物ではなくグラスにシンプルな具材を何種類か重ねられた物でドレッシングのようなものが下にあるだけ。
グラスワインを頼んだがブランデーを持つかのように渡されて驚いた。
全体的に一流の方とバイト？のサービスの質の差が逆に目立ってしまう結果となっているのが残念。

期待していただけに、少し残念。
Pros:

受付スタッフの対応はスムーズで丁寧で素晴らしかったです

Cons:

大浴場があるから選んだのですが、外国人の方がかけ湯なしで急に湯舟に入られました。浴室内を見ると英語で注意してある看板は浴室手前にああるスペースにしかなく、文字が小さく、古いもので見えずらかったです。注意してトラブルになるのが嫌だったので、浴槽には入らずに出てきました。浴室内も看板があるとこれを見てほしいと注意できるし、外国人が増えているのであれば、注意書きも目立つところに書いてほしい。ちなみにこのような外国人の方は2名、別々でした。

駅至近のホテルでゆっくりできました。バス停も目の前で便利です。
Pros:

駅至近でとても便利だった。JR奈良駅周辺はお店等少ない印象であったが、駅ビルになるのか？朝早く〜夜遅くまで開いているスーパーもあり、食事するところも何箇所かあり、不便は感じなかった。また室内は広くとてもゆっくりできた。クラッシックなホテルではあったが、とても清潔で綺麗に清掃もされていたので、古さを感じなかった。

Cons:

ウェルカムラウンジのサービスはとても良かったが、営業時間を後30分ぐらい延長、夏場は冷たいお茶の提供をして貰えるとありがたかもしれません。
大浴場の浴室の広さに比べて、脱衣所が狭いように思いました。もし改修の機会があればお願いしたいです。
Wi-Fiの繋がりが非常に悪かったので、こちらは至急改善が必要かと思います。

Pros:

奈良県産食材豊富な朝食、奈良名物のメニューが楽しみで、期待通りでした。

Cons:

洗面台の裏側に黒カビが固着していました。
部屋のユニットバスで肩まで浸かり、見えてしまいましたと。苦笑
しかたないかもしれませんが、日々の清掃と拭取りでここまで広がらないかな、と思います。
