料金からは想像出来ない良きホテル
Pros:

駅直結の立地。ウエルカムドリンクのお酒が８種類。浴場前にフェイスタオルが置いてあり数枚使えた。浴場のシャワーがリファ。シャンプー等は場所によってだが、リファ製品だった。浴場の混雑具合がスマホで確認出来た。お風呂のあとにアイスのサービスがあった。ナイトウエアが背の低い私にもサイズがよく、上下のタイプだった。荷物がチェックインアウト前後にロッカーに預けられた。ロビーが広い。
台風予想で一度キャンセル料について問い合わせたがメールの返信があたたかかった。

Cons:

最近ホテルに多く置いてあるボディ用のスポンジ又はタオルがあると良かった。

Pros:

100年ホールで用事があったので1番近いこちらにしました。スタッフの対応も、部屋の割振り（友達と2人で各1部屋ずつ宿泊）も立地も素晴らしく良かったです！19時過ぎに到着し19:30までウエルカムドリンクがあるとの事、、あまり期待もせず伺ったのですが、、、コーヒーはもとより地酒はあるしワインもあるし、ジョアもあるし（笑）着いた早々　楽しませて頂きました。お部屋もゆったり過ごすことができ、いつになく夜も眠れました。パジャマもいい！！とにかく、本当に良かったです。観光ではなかったので、次回は是非、ゆっくりと伺いたいと思います。

洗面所の水の蛇口が固すぎてどうしても開けることが出来ず、スタッフさんを呼ぼうと思いましたが夜も遅かったのでとりあえずバスタブで用は済ませました。朝、もう一度　思いっきり回したところ水が出たので良かったです。私の力不足ですね笑

駅近くで使い勝手抜群ですね。

Cons:

地下駐車場に入るのに約30分待たされました。ホテル前の三条本町交差点の公道上で駐車していた為他の車からクラクションを鳴らされました。あれでは必ず事故になるとおもいます。
夜中にベッドサイドの照明器具が勝手に点灯していました。2回程ありました。

朝食は、地元の食材が使われたメニュー・品数が多くて美味しかった。
そのため、連泊しても飽きなかった。
団体客が一緒の時間帯でも、スタッフの方々が混雑緩和のアナウンスをされて良かったと思う。

Cons:

午後のフリードリンクでは、ソフトドリンクの種類（炭酸飲料等）を増やしてもらえると良いと思う。

良かったです。

・ドリップコーヒーをフロントに置いてあると、部屋で飲みたい時に使えて良いと思います。

非常に快適で満足しています。
Pros:

場所の便利さ、施設全体のクウォリティ、スタッフの皆さんの態度全て良かったと思います。
朝食バフェも美味しかったです。

ロケーションのみ良かったがフロントまでが面倒

Cons:

せっかくの風景が窓に貼った物で見えない。　夕食バイキングが値段不相応。フロントがわかりにくい。部屋のユニットバスが古い。トイレのタンク内の水漏れで、水の音が止まらない。
