It was well appointed, less than a ten minute walk from the main square so very convenient but in a quiet location.
A beautifully decorated, destination hotel with impeccable staff who were both friendly and helpful and could not do enough for you.
We ate in the outdoor restaurant and the bar and of course had breakfast, all made with good quality ingredients and were flavoursome and they didn’t skimp on anything.
We used the pools and the rooftop bar, enjoyed the garden and our room was beautiful with good quality linens, a comfortable bed and pillows, a balcony with a magnificent view of Vesuvius.
We didn’t have a single complaint.

Views from the front rooms are fantastic. The breakfast is delicious and the waiters and all the staff are friendly, attentive without being over the top. It's in a great location, just a short walk into town but quiet in the evenings.

Front desk staff were not overly friendly. Room and bathroom was dated. Room doors were very noisy. Impossible to close them quietly. Room at front of the hotel overlooks the road and was noisy. We requested a change and hotel accommodated our request.
