The room was fantastic. Great view of the river, very clean and quiet. Underground parking was great.
The only criticism I have is the restaurant was closed for the Sunday night and there could have been a better selection of tea and coffee in the room.

No pay tv, you have to connect your mobile phone to the tv and have pay tv on your phone. I am 74 years old and I use my phone to make calls not to watch pay tv,

gave me an upgrade bath was appreciated and staff were exceptional
Convenient to shops, restaurants and river. We have stayed here for the last 4-5 years and it was nice to see that our regular room has had an upgrade. Parking is easy, convenient and safe. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Lovely spot by the river, see you again next year.

This hotel is in a great location next to the river and a short walk along the river to the local shops and restaurants.
Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The bed was very comfortable.
Whilst we didn't eat at the restaurant, it was great to have a drink from the bar and sit next to the river as the dolphins swam past.

The position and outlook was very good. Walk to restaurants and shops. Walk on the river boardwalk. Room was ok, bathroom good size. Nice balcony.
The bed was uncomfortable, too soft and moved around and noisy when one person moved or got in or out. Could hear some noise from hallway and lift.
