J'ai apprécié l'accueil très sympa en la personne parlait en français. Quand ont lui à expliquer qu'on avait eu du mal a trouver l'hôtel et que le numéro de téléphone indiqués sur la réservation n'était pas le bon il nous a surclassé. J'ai apprécié le geste commercial.

Cons:

Il faut juste que bookin mette à jour le nouveau nom de l'hôtel et le bon numéro de téléphone.
