Pros:

Colazione varia e abbondante. Ambiente Pulito

Cons:

Accoglienza pessima tutta la mattina prima del check-in proviamo a contattarli ma nessuno risponde. Quando arriviamo ci dicono che hanno deciso di non rispondere perché non apprezzano il disturbo telefonico. Chiediamo che anticipino il check-in, dicono che faranno il possibile, ma poi ritardano di oltre mezz’ora (15.45) Avevamo prenotato per 4 persone in stanze attigue (io, mia moglie e i miei due figli minorenni) prima ci volevano mettere in scale diverse, insistendo ci dicono stessa scala ma piani diversi, solo alla minaccia di doversi far cura loro di ogni difficoltà di mettere due minori lontani dai genitori ci mettono in camere allo stesso piano. Alla colazione si salva solo una carina e accogliente giovane ragazza, accompagnando da uno scorbutico capo sala. Al check-out mi chiedono un pagamento di tassa di soggiorno più cara rispetto a quanto determinato dal Comune si fanno pagare da 4 stelle anziché 3 stelle Vergogna.

Sebbene il soggiorno sia durato una sola notte l’esperienza è stata molto positiva.
Pros:

Camera e bagno spaziosissimi.
Colazione eccellente e ricca con grande varietà di prodotti ed eccellente qualità.

Cons:

Con temperature esterne superiori a 40° non si può servire il vino rosso a temperatura ambiente. Sarebbe opportuno attrezzarsi con cantine frigo adeguate.
