Pros:

Staff gentilissimo, camera pulite e confortevoli.
Ho alloggiato con un amico a quattro zampe e sono stati gentilissimi anche nei suoi confronti, fornendo traversine e volendo anche ciotole.

Un piacevolissimo soggiorno

Ottimo hotel…Gentilezza e disponibilità della reception (ci hanno sempre fornito ottimi consigli anche sui parcheggi gratuiti in centro ad Arezzo), camera luminosa, pulitissima, con letti comodi e biancheria morbida e profumata.Aria condizionata in camera da gestire comodamente in autonomia.Una menzione speciale per la colazione: Lucia e tutto lo staff si adoperano affinché tutto sia perfetto!Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la colazione durante il nostro soggiorno: pancake, ottimi dolci , crostate, frutta fresca, succhi di frutta e possibilità di spremute in autonomia.Angolo salato con pane tostato, salumi, bacon , etc..Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante interno all’hotel e si è rivelata un’ottima scelta:deliziosi piatti della tradizione preparati con cura ed un buffet libero: ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.Il parcheggio esterno è ampio e gratuito: abbiamo parcheggiato in tranquillità la nostra auto ed in 5 minuti di auto si raggiunge il centro città.Consigliatissimo!
