Hotellis ei töötanud konditsioneer. Antud kliimas ja temperatuuriga on konditsioneeri olemasolu elementaarne. Broneeringut tehes oli esmatähtis, et hotellis oleks konditsioneer. Sisseregistreerudes ei informeerinud keegi, et hotelli konditsioneer ei tööta. Viimasel öösel kell 24.00 algas konditsioneeri vahetus. Otse meie toa akna taga toimetati mitu tundi tõstukiga. Kogu töö oli väga lärmakas. Magada ei olnud võimalik.

Nice hotel but a horrific stay with no proper air conditioning
Pros:

The location of the property was excellent. Located on one of the main roads full of shops and restaurants

Cons:

We stayed for 8 days. Temps outside were 99 plus degrees. The air conditioning was broken. Not working at all. The staff did not give us fans or offer to send us to one of their other hotels It was unbearable in the room during the day or night.

dont recommend it during summer due to air conditioning not working, the rest was fine.
Pros:

The staff was really nice and it has a good location, we could walk to termini and some attractions. The room was confortable and the abthroom big enough for 4 as we had the family room.

Cons:

The only huge problem was the air conditioner didnt work well, we asked foor help and they changed rooms for us but the probelm remained the same. It was really difficult to sleep at night with that room temperature, also the extra fee for city taxes should be included ewhen you pay at the beginning. After all it was a good stay just not recommend it during summer because of how hot the room gets at night.

Hotel sin aire acondicionado en 40 grados de calor

El hotel no tenía aire acondicionado en la habitación ni en el corredor, estamos entre 39 y 40 grados, al llegar dijeron que lo estaban arreglando o que nos enviaban a otro hotel, dije que no por que pague por La ubicación de este.Estoy con mis padres alojada, mi papá es un señor de la tercera edad a quien esto le a afectado terriblemente, el calor es insoportable lo que daño por completo nuestra estadía en esta ciudad. Esta habitación es de dos niveles y solo nos prestaron un ventilador, ósea que ni ventilador tuvimos en el segundo nivel.Además la puerta de entrada a la habitación está dañada, toca empujarla entre dos personas para abrirla o cerrarla y el agua caliente del cuarto solo funcionó el día que llegamos enviaban la tarde y no volvió a salir.la verdad siempre he reservado con ustedes por qué son una empresa seria pero en esta ocasión este hotel daño mi estadía en esta ciudad, espero su respuesta y la remuneración por este daño a mis vacaciones .

Magnífica vista dal nono piano dell'hotel la sala delle colazioni .

Per essere un hotel ha quattro stelle avere un bagno che perde acqua dal piatto doccia fa desiderare moltissimo inoltre anche la Tavoletta del wc rotta non è ammissibile parliamo della stanza 223 , un hotel nella posizione dove si trova deve essere perfetto ha parer mio un hotel che non interviene nell'immediato per l'aria condizionata non posso accettarlo , quando ci sono altre stanze accanto alla mia che funzionano benissimo , devo dire che sono rimasta senza parole, sono intervenuti dandomi un ventilatore che non ha risolto per niente la situazione.
Sono rimasta delusa è ha dir poco , ammeregiata.

Удобное местоположение, было чисто и аккуратно, ресепшен работает 24/7 очень удобно если хотите заехать ночью.
