Pros:

The room was clean, large and pleasant. Breakfast was available early in the morning. The staff was helpful.

Cons:

The hot tub was not functioning. There were no instructions for the tv in the room and no local dining suggestions or hotel welcome guide in print. Most beach hotels have tide tables available.

Our stay was not very relaxing. We felt as if we were staying in a cheap motel for the price we paid
Pros:

Not much.

Cons:

Room not cleaned. Bed mattress old and worn out. The room was not dusted. Bed comforter had red spots in it and sheets looked unclean. A staff member entered the room unexpectedly, luckily my wife and myself were not undressed. Our towels and washcloths were not replaced the next day.

Room was great. Staff was great. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Little things, like the basket was missing from the coffee maker in my room and the back was missing from the remote control in my friend's room. The mattress wasn't as comfortable as I'd like.

My room was not ready until 5pm when check in was supposedly 4. I was given an hour later for checkout.
