The hotel was set in lovely grounds, and was in a great location for onward travel to France. The room was spacious, and spotlessly clean, with a large shower/bathroom. The food in the cafe was very nice.
The layout of the hotel was confusing, and not well signed. The cafe and the dining room were signed separately, but were actually in the same room. We went for breakfast 40 minutes before finishing time, but some items had run out and were not replenished.

Location and views - it’s always great when a hotel’s positive reviews are well deserved.
WiFi access had issues probably due to bandwidth - this needs to be sorted out given how many travellers use the internet for staying in touch with home and for streaming content.
Beautiful views and an easy walk into Toledo. Parking is really convenient, and the restaurant services lovely evening food. The staff were helpful especially in reception and reasonably priced for Toledo (which is very expensive).
The breakfast was very poor - and it cost €20 pp. The hotel is looking tired and could do with redecorating. We accidentally locked our self on the balcony. If you shut the doors you cannot open from the outside (to be fair this was labelled on the inside…but we missed it).
La chambre et la salle de bain étaient grandes et la terrasse avec vue sur Tolede était agréable. Matelas correct.
Ce n'est pas un 5 étoiles ! Tout d'abord l'hôtel manque de charme et d'âme. Les valises et les chariots du personnel font énormément de bruit dans les couloirs en carrelage. Dans la chambre il n'y a même pas de plateau avec bouilloire. Un minimum de produits dans la salle de bain, serviettes elimées et un seul tapis de bain pour la douche et la baignoire. En général mobilier plus ou moins vétuste et abîmé. Pas digne d'un 5*. Une chambre à 172€ la nuit, qualité prix très moyen.
Atmospheric hotel. Spacious, large rooms. Very comfortable beds. Large bathroom. Ample parking. The city gate is about a 10-15-minute walk away.
