Pros:

Great location and very friendly staff.

Cons:

There was a wedding the day before and there was broken glass outside our balcony. We gsd 2 small dogs with us, broken glass isn't what you want to see.

El sitio es espectacular, muy cuidado y limpio. El personal muy atento.

Cons:

Cuando tienen eventos como bodas o comuniones, la cafetería/bar restaurante no está disponible y no nos avisaron. Nosotros llegamos a las 15:00 pensando que podíamos comer allí y tuvimos que ir rápido al centro a comer algo.

The food in the restaurant was a problem starters were fine but the main course we had was inedible. They need a new chef or just give up on food altogether

Very pleasant hotel in great location for exploring Toledo.
Pros:

Proximity to the city. View of the city from the room. Nice grounds.

Cons:

Seemed quite dark in the room, probably due to the covered patio space, which had alot of cigarette butts on the gravel surface. Quite noisy in the hotel corridors in the mornings with wheeled suitcases bumping along the stone flooring, made it impossible to sleep in. Nice bar on site but empty of guests so decided not to use it.

Un magnifique Hôtel en déclin…
Pros:

Un très bel hôtel de charme offrant l’une des plus belles vues sur Tolède, idéal pour un séjour touristique ou romantique, même si quelques rénovations lui permettraient de retrouver tout son éclat.

Cons:

- Aucune bouilloire à disposition avec café et thé
- bouteille d’eau offerte mais 33 cl jamais vu !
- Manque de balayette ds les WC
- prises au mur qui se démontent
- c’est le minimum du minimum
- pas de cafétéria
- pas de signe de vie non plus !
- 3 Parasols disponibles à la piscine (c’est très peu)
- etc…

We had spacious rooms, everything clean

Cons:

Staff was quite unfriendly especially in the restaurant/breakfast. Breakfast was not 5-star quality at all. They are hosting lots of events, 3/3 nights we had something at night, partly right in front of our terrace (they gave us new rooms after we insisted but would have wished for anticipating and moving us before).

Chambre très confortable avec accès sur la terrasse avec vue sur la vieille ville. Literie impeccable, sanitaires idem.Petit déjeuner très copieux et offrant des produits variés qui couvraient tous les goûts européens pour ce repas
Dîner sur une belle terrasse avec du personnel de qualité. Et repas excellent au niveau de la qualité et à prix modéré.
