Will definitely stay again

Everything was perfect. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Shanghai and very convenient for shopping, sightseeing, and public transport. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of high-quality options. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The hotel was also very clean and well maintained.

On the second night, I was unable to sleep because of construction noise outside. I mentioned this to the hotel manager, and they responded immediately. They changed my room straight away and even upgraded me to a room on the opposite side of the hotel at no additional charge. I really appreciated their prompt action and excellent customer service, which made the rest of my stay very comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. My room was tidy and roomy, the soft mattress guaranteed me a good rest every night.
