According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
Bed configuration will be provided upon availability. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A localização do hotel é ótima! O atendimento também foi muito bom.
A limpeza da piscina descoberta na cobertura não estava boa, havia sujeira, o que impediu o meu uso, mas a piscina climatizada estava limpa, porém com muito cheiro de cloro. Achei que a quantidade de cloro na piscina foi além do normal.
Excelente como todos os hotéis da rede Royal. Está passando por melhorias e creio que ficará melhor.

Reservei um quarto com cama casal e paguei um pouco a mais por isso .. eles só juntaram 2 camas queen.. não trocaram os lençóis .. que permaneceram os de solteiro. Apartamento extremamente barulhento e havia uma obra no andar superior. Funcionários da recepção não informavam com relação a vaga na garagem .. precisamos ir lá olhar ver se tinha.
