According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
Bed configuration will be provided upon availability. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

No anúncio aparecia foto como se tivesse banheira na quarto. Nas letras miúdas dizia que nem todos os quartos da categoria tinham.
Comida muito bem servida, quartos limpos e organizados, ambiente extremamente aconchegante!

Ar condicionado barulhento, quarto sujo principalmente o banheiro, por volta das 7:30h começou muito barulho sendo impossível dormir, café da manhã muito ruim….
The only good thing about this property is the location and the new front desk that was tiled while we were staying there.
After travelling 5 continents of the world with work I thought I had seen it all when it comes to bad hotels but, Royal Kingdom Macaé wins hands down!!
From the offset the staff were rude uninterested and sat behind the front desk playing on their phones or games on the computer.
The room we were given had multiple security issues, like the lock being burst, sliding door to the balcony unable to lock, safe not working. The batteries were changed 3 times during our stay, and yet our items were locked inside 3 times. To open the safe they had to get a cable from a neighbouring hotel where the staff then didn’t know how to use it. Once open the staff told us to leave our valuables out of the safe and laughed.
If my partner had not been there I would have never have stayed in the hotel due to feeling so unsafe due to the inability to lock the doors to the room at night.
The coffee machine in the room was also broken to which they didn’t seem to care about until my partner argued we were paying for it.
The iron in the cupboard also had an adapter on the plug for it to be used when plugging into a socket. Only problem with this was it burst into spark when plugged in and burnt the adapter out.
The room was also not clean with there being large amounts of mould on the walls and in the bathroom. During our stay they also never cleaned the floors once meaning that over the two week period the floor was covered in sand from outside the reception doors.
The ceiling in the balcony was also falling down meaning there was plaster all over the balcony meaning we could not use it.
In the end it was that bad we left one day early with no compensation given or apology!

De não ter vaga para guardar o carro ,pois não tem muitas.Acho que deveriam arrumar outro lugar pra guarda los. No dia estava tendo um encontro e estava com muito barulho,feito hóspedes desse encontro.
Cama king confortável, quarto espaçoso e chuveiro maravilhoso. A Brigada de Serviço me ofereceu um café admirável e a garçonete que nos atendeu é excelente, educadíssima. A vista do restaurante vale a hospedagem.
Tentei contato por telefone e e-mail para reservar garagem, mas não obtive respostas em nenhuma delas. No check-in fui informado que não tinha mais vaga na garagem, o que me deixou desconfortável, por sorte o recepcionista Rafael conseguiu a última.
Boa localização. Bom café da manhã. Quarto espaçoso e confortável. Atendimento personalizado.
Praias e bares próximos. Otima estadia.
Nada em particular. Foi uma boa experiência.
