Very disappointed
Pros:

Receptionist was helpful with my complaint but manager was not.

Cons:

Tv and a/c wasn't working in the room . There was blood on the bathroom door . Housekeeping were knocking on my door early on my last morning and checkout wasn't till 12 . Gave myself and my daughter an awful fright as we were both asleep . I said all this to receptionist who was very apologetic and called a manager. The manager was quiet rude and accused me of getting it wrong that housekeeping weren't knocking on my door . She told me she would refer it to her manager and get back to me. I have not been contacted since I checked out on the 4th August . Im so upset by this stay. It was a treat for me and my daughter as I cant usually afford this type of accommodation and it was so disappointing. I had told her about the times I had stayed before and how nice it was but feel very let down by my experience this time . And then to not even be contacted and accused of getting it wrong it quiet unbelievable.
