Pros:

Huone oli tilava ja tavaroille oli tilaa. Kylpyhuone oli tilava

Cons:

Nukkumatyynyjä olisi voinut olla muutama, josta olisi itse saanut ottaa mieluisan. Aamupalalla olisi voinut olla esim. Vesimelonia tai riisipiirakoita.

Sicherlich nichts was ich nochmals buchen würde....
Pros:

Es ist nicht leicht hier etwas positives zu finden, da könnte man den Duschstrahl erwähnen der durchaus stark war. Der Balkon war ganz ok, wenn auch ohne schöne Aussicht.

Cons:

Im Namen steht Santa, ist aber weit von dem Dorf entfernt und hat ansich gar nichts mit Santa zu tun. Das Frühstück wurde wohl hingestellt und fertig, man musste sich was zu Essen suchen. Kaffee gab es auch keinen, mal abgesehen von Filterkaffee.

Das Hotel biete alles, was es braucht. Die Zimmer sind großzügig bemessen und gut ausgestattet, das Frühstück lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich. Alles io!

Hotel liegt im Zentrum.Personal sehr nett.

Cons:

Sauna sehr klein kein Wasser zum trinken keine Möglichkeit zum ausruhen.
Leider wurde der Frühstücksraum renoviert und wir mussten im Keller Frühstück essen.Alles sehr lieblos.

Excellent Workers
Pros:

We are so glad of having chosen Santa Klaus Hotel, especially because the kindness we received by Hanna Taipale. She patiently solved a problem we had with breakfasts the morning we had to go to our country. She managed to arrange some boxes with snacks and sandwiches for us. We are so grateful that this hotel chooses caring and hard-working people who don´t mind going the extra mile to make guests as comfortable as possible. Undoubtedly, we will recommend this hotel. Grosses Zimmer, zweckmässige Einrichtung.

Localização, simpatia do staf e ótimo pequeno almoço.

Cons:

Um de nós apareceu cheio de mordidas. Inicialmente julgou-se ser dos mosquitos abundantes em Rovaniemi na época. Depois, dado ter-se usado repelente, as zonas mordidas face ao tipo de roupa usada, conclui-se que as mordidas foram no quarto do hotel, provavelmente na cama. Teria ácaros ou pulgas.
