Mooi hotel maar teleurstellende kamer!
Pros:

Locatie zwembaden en spa waren geweldig! Ook al het personeel was heel behulpzaam

Cons:

Kamer was helemaal niet als verwacht met een gehandicapte badkamer - tijdens de douche was er overal water. Dit was niet duidelijk van te voren aangegeven en een teleurstelling.

Estancia en Duvrownic
Pros:

El personal es muy amable, las instalaciones muy buenas y la ubicación y alrededores del hotel maravillosos. El perfil de turista que va también es educado y agradable. Tiene varias piscinas y espacios donde tomar algo. La ambientación de música por las noches es maravillosa. Nos encantó poder bajar a la playa y alquilar paddle.

Cons:

Me horrorizaron varias cosas:
1. Pedí dos mojitos y me pusieron un ron blanco de una calidad pésima nada adecuado para hacer mojitos. Me queje y en su lugar tomé un zumo de manzana y una copa de vino blanco. Pero la diferencia de precio es abismal y no devolvieron la diferencia.
2. No se puede quitar el aire acondicionado de la habitación más que quitando la llave y abriendo la ventana
3. La puerta del mini bar tiene una banda de papel con una grapa, me pareció muy cutre.
4. Me bajo el periodo y manché un poco la sabana y no la cambiaron

Pros:

Tivemos sorte porque ficámos num quarto com varanda muito bom, com vista para o jardim e para o mar. As camas e as almofadas eram muito confortáveis e o frigorífico estava completo. O pequeno almoço era abundante e variado. As vistas das piscinas são maravilhosas. As espreguiçadeiras são muito confortáveis e práticas. O pôr do sol é lindo. A possibilidade de alugar um carro no hotel é uma excelente opção. Não tínhamos reservado, mas conseguimos um carro que nos permitiu viajar desde o hotel sem ter de ir à cidade. Algo que também é muito prático, é ter possbilidade de ir à cidade no transporte público que fica a 200m com preços muito económicos. O restaurante é muito bom e serve até à 23h00.

Absolut traumhafter Poolbereich mit super Aussicht und einer angenehmen Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Leider hat das Hotel ein Problem mit der Sauberkeit. Der Pool wurde nicht richtig gereinigt, sodass über mehrere Tage Dreck auf dem Poolboden war.
Beim Frühstück waren die Teller und das Besteck regelmäßig nicht richtig sauber.

Darüberhinaus lies der Allgemeinzustand etwas zu wünschen übrig und der Duschabfluss in unserem Zimmer ist ausgelaufen, sodass nach dem duschen das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasser stand.

Amazing pool and views, overpriced though
Pros:

The view from the pool is awesome. Staff is nice. Decent breakfast. Location wasn't too bad too, with a 15 minute bus drive to the old city.

Cons:

Our terrace wasn't very clean. Value for money not so good (same price as some five star hotels). Beach was of another hotel (5min) and forced to rent beach loungers to stay for €25 pp.

great location amazing food
Pros:

location for me was perfect and the view is stunning
the 2 main pools are both good and although it was busy it never seemed too busy.
the food is so good..you will never get a better breakfast..it was epic.
rooms not exceptional but very good and super comfy bed.
only gripe a couple of grumpy staff but balanced by the other super helpful ones.

Cons:

just the grumpy couple of staff
the way all.the loungers are covered with towels by people early even though they are not there.. thstsvthe customer's fault not the hotel

Le petit déjeuner n’a rien de petit. Vous pourrez troyver tout ce qu’il vous fait plaisir et même plus.
Les alentours de l’hotel sont trés bien: bien indiqué, rues propres, bus à proximité.
