Es un hotel antiguo que no ofrece comodidad para utilizar las maletas, durante la estancia, me vi abligada a pedir banquetas para subir las maletas porque abiertas y en el suelo no es muy cómodo realmente.

Pros:

We have enjoyed our stay with sea side room which is the must. The room are rather small but hotel location compansates the compromise. All staff very helpful, kind and attentive. On arrival we have been given a paper map and all recommended restaurants "hand written" and pointed. We have followed the guideline and none went wrong. Excellent fresh food and service. Well served breakfast with patient staff when you make your own fried eggs or omelette

Ein schöner Platz für den Strandurlaub
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und nur 3 Gehminuten vom Grand Plage entfernt. Bei entsprechender Buchung hat man Meerblick. Dass Zimmer ist klein, aber angenehm klimatisiert, das Bett bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig, sehr frisch, und bietet eine grosse Auswahl auch an gesunden Sachen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist sehr teuer, da stören mich dann halt auch Kleinigkeiten, die man bei einem solchen Preis erwarten dürfte: Die Kaffeebar im Zimmer war fast leer (es hatte noch eine einzige Espresso-Kapsel) und wurde während dem Aufenthalt auch nicht aufgefüllt. Die Handtücher waren allesamt abgewetzte, harte Lappen und der Kaffee war wie in allen Hotels schrecklich. Alle haben dieselbe Maschine, die ausschliesslich schreckliche Getränke zubereitet.

К сожалению, повторно мы бы здесь не гстановились. Хотя поездку в целом это не повлияло и отдых получился прекрасным.
Pros:

В целом отель оставил смешанные впечатления. Его главное достоинство — отличное расположение: буквально 2–3 минуты пешком до океана, а из номера открывался прекрасный боковой вид на океан. Также хочется отметить приветливый и отзывчивый персонал.
Завтраки вполне подходили для короткого пребывания: яйца, которые можно было приготовить самостоятельно (пожарить или отварить), нарезки, овощи, немного фруктов, выпечка, хлеб, джемы, гранола, чай, кофе и соки. В один из дней были свежие апельсины и ручная соковыжималка.

Cons:

К сожалению, впечатление сильно испортил не сам номер, а запах.

С момента заселения в номере стоял очень неприятный запах — смесь сырости и чего-то напоминающего запах вареного мяса. Проветривание не помогало, запах был постоянным. В номере была очень высокая влажность: вещи и постель становились сырыми, а внутри кондиционера была заметна плесень.

На следующий день мы сообщили о проблеме на ресепшен. Сотрудники попытались помочь, но фактически лишь поставили освежитель воздуха или что-то вроде этого в кондиционер, что никак не решило проблему. Источник запаха так и не был устранен.

Так как мы останавливались всего на две ночи, не стали просить поменять номер — приходили только переночевать и оставляли окна открытыми. Однако повторно останавливаться в таком номере мы бы не стали.

Очень надеемся, что руководство отеля обратит внимание на эту проблему. Во всех остальных помещениях отеля — в холле, на ресепшен, в коридорах — никакого неприятного запаха не было. Мы не знаем, касается ли эта проблема только номера 210 или есть и в других номерах, но этот номер определенно стоит проверить и устранить причину запаха, чтобы у следующих гостей не осталось такого же неприятного впечатления.

Fin de semana largo excelente.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, está a excasos cinco minutos caminando de la playa, está al lado de la zona comercial, restaruración..etc Desayunamos todos los días en el hotel, completo con opciones saludables y muy atentos en ekl servicio

Cons:

Solo hay un sitio reservado para descargar el equipaje si llegas en coche al hotel, estaría bien que tuvieran al menos un sitio más o dar alguna opción ya que esta parte hace que el desembarco sea muy complicado.
