Overpriced but comfortable
Pros:

Great location across le Grand Plage, spacious room

Cons:

No fridge in the room, bathroom small, no room service, front desk wasn’t clear at check in about anything re hotel, missing small touches for a 4 star hotel, overpriced.

Overpriced and poorly managed, but conveniently located.

Great central location

Cons:

The technical problems at the facility and how (poorly) the staff and management reacted to it. We encountered three issues during our stay:
I) a room booked for 3 people only had towels for 2; had to go back down to reception because no one answered when we called house keeping about it
II) there was a power outage on our floor which lasted for approx 1 hour. As this happened during the time slot just before dinner (and after returning from the beach) it was a meaningful inconvenience; hotel staff had no means and authority to deal with it, and could only contact a technician by WhatsApp
III) the only available elevator broke down during the evening of our stay and was still not working the next morning when we checked out. As this was our departure morning, we had to shift our heavy luggage by hand, which was again a meaningful inconvenience.
No form or apology, let alone any form of compensation gesture (e.g. free breakfast, or free car parkinsg) was offered. Not even the most mbasic customary “how was your stay?” question was asked. From a hotel in this price bracket I simply expect much more.

Однозначно могу порекомендовать этот отель и в следующую поездку остановимся здесь же
Pros:

Отель отлично расположен, в самом центре. Совсем рядом пляж, бары - рестораны и пешеходная улица с большим количеством симпатичных магазинчиков.
Персонал отеля очень приветливый, завтрак классический, убирали номер отлично!
Кондиционер работал прекрасно

Excellent séjour; je pense revenir au printemps

l'emplacement, le petit déjeuner; un petit bémol, la vue sur l'océan n'était permise qu'à partir du balcon car la vue donnait directement sur la mairie.

Cons:

l'absence de restauration car à l'entour, il n'y a pas grand chose à part les pizzeria

Pros:

Très bon emplacement pour profiter plage et animations centre ville.
Très bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Sanitaires à rénover concernant utilisation de la douche. Température de l’eau très difficile à régler, ainsi que le bouton poussoir. La pression eau du pommeau n’est pas non plus satisfaisante.
