Pros:

La habitación, amplia y con cocina propia. La cama muy grande.

Custo razoável, vale a pena procurar um melhor
Pros:

O quarto é muito grande, com área de cozinha para preparar refeições! A cama é bem grande! Tem uma sala espaçosa e o ar condicionado é ótimo!

Cons:

Não tem água quente suficiente, o banho começa morno e logo fica frio! Os travesseiros são pequenos e deixam a desejar! O quarto é bem grande porém não tem nenhum espelho de corpo! O único espelho fica na pia do banheiro!
Não tem secador de cabelo.
Os funcionários não são muitos simpáticos.
E o café da manhã, começa às 8h da manhã e vai até as 10h, se o seu passeio sai às 7h, ela não fornecem o café! E não são cordiais com esse serviço! Nunca fiquei em hotel que o café começa tão tarde!

Estadia muito boa, mas tivemos esforços e frustrações.
Pros:

Gostamos da arquitetura do hotel, que remetia a um estilo espanhol. Também gostamos do conforto e decoração do apartamento e o fato de oferecerem água no hotel, característica da rede hoteleira deste hotel. Gostamos das resposta imediatas do hotel quando escrevíamos com dúvidas, mas não foram todas resolutivas. O informante do hotel não conhecia lugar para assistir mariachis e havia no Restaurante Karin. Deveriam ter mais informação sobre o local e lugares interessantes para visitar à roda do hotel. Outro exemplo os pelicanos bem pertinho...barcos de pescadores e até tours privados para snorkeling saindo bem pertinho do hotel e só os vi dias antes de sair. No Brasil não há pelicanos . Só havia informação sobre tours para lugares mais longe no hall do hotel. Agradeço a disponibilidade de laptop para minha necessidade quando precisei.

Cons:

Primeiramente do café da manhã. Nós brasileiros realmente gostamos de um café da manhã com pães frescos e variados, mais opções também. Mas o que não estava também aceitável é que tivemos passeios e não estava pronto o café, aliás, nem teve café. O pessoal não veio e o Sr José pagou para nós um croissant ao lado com pressa, o que não resolveu totalmente. Estávamos de férias e pagando , estresse e prejuízo não se deveria ter , ainda mais no café da manhã ;P café substituto do Sr José resolveu parcialmente pois ficamos sem fruta o que é importante para nossa saúde , ainda mais em viagem. Somos de um país com frutas abundantes. De novo sobre o café da manhã: os croissants oferecidos não eram croissants. Era só umpão em forma do croissant, mas a massa era de outro pão e ainda por cima, não eram frescos. Também não era confortável ter que se sentar em banco de madeira para tomar café, sem apoio para xícara, pratos, etc. quando coincidia que vários hóspedes estavam no café no mesmo horário. Poucas mesas disponíveis.

Pros:

The location was convenient and staff were friendly, it had a great courtyard and pool to relax in. The rooftop area was a nice addition. The breakfast was a little basic and the bed in our unit could use an upgrade. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable hotel, excellent location.
Pros:

It’s been setup really nicely. The rooms are great. The location is very good.

Cons:

Breakfast was average. I was initially on a side of the building where to get to the room there was no lifts and it wasn’t as bright as the side i ended up on which was bright, and had lifts.

Excellent hotel, very good location
Pros:

The hotel is amazing. It has an interior courtyard which is very well maintained. Our room was facing the interior courtyard so it was very quiet. We had a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious and clean with a full kitchen and full fridge. They also had a rooftop area where you could have breakfast with an amazing view of the ocean.
The apartment had its own terrace also facing the interior courtyard and it was very pleasant.
This apartment also had another interior private terrace with a hammock but we couldn't use itp so much because from time to time there was a smell coming probably from a nearby restaurant.
The personnel was very friendly and helpful. Front desk, accommodated us with all we asked. They even arranged the round trip transfer from and to the airport. They also have a concierge, Jose, who was very helpful in arranging a beautiful trip to Xcaret Night show for us. The hotel is also very close to Quinta Avenida so it was very easy to go out every night.
The breakfast was included and it was a good option to get you started.
Definitely recommend if your main intention is to enjoy the main street with restaurants and souvenirs shops. For beach access this hotel probably is better for younger people who can walk 1500-1600 steps easy taking into account that the public beach does not offer a decent option to rent beach chairs and umbrellas and you have to carry with you the whole necessary beach gear.

Cons:

The only downsize with the breakfast was that you could only have boiled eggs, some feta cheese and then some pastries, margarine, jam, cereals, milk and some fruits and of course coffee and tea.
The distance to the point where the beach started was about 800m but then you still have to walk on sand about the same distance to get to the public beach area.

One thing that we did not like in the room was the shower which did not have the hose. It was ok for tall people but it was hard to use it for washing your feet.

Buen descanso y muy cordial todo.
Pros:

La ubicación, que tenga parking, las personas de recepción muy amables.
La tranquilidad durante la noche, no se escucha ningún ruido molesto, realmente puedes descansar.

Trevlig personal. Ganska bra läge.

Cons:

Lägenhet i skogsida utan hiss. Hissen tillhörde bara till en annan del av huset. Bassängen väldig liten och i skogga, värdelös!.Sparsamt frukost. Dåligt utrustat kök.
