Pros:

Nice area and staff, really liked villa layouts.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the process for getting the key and parking pass. Had to go to a different desk where they tried to sign me up to listen to a timeshare presentation.

Pros:

The pool but the slides were closed only during certain hours I wish they would have been opened for longer.

Cons:

The breakfast. There’s no space to have breakfast. There’s two tiny tables so this doesn’t work for big families. Also breakfast was a long wait and it was not tasty.

Grat stay
Pros:

The location is PREMIUM. The adult only pool was a major bonus.

Cons:

The wildlife appeared and kind of made the stay a bit uncomfortable. But that had nothing to do with the resort itself.

We had a great time the kids loved it we felt relaxed

The kitchen was fully stacked loved that and the villa was perfect with the rooms separated

The man in the vacation club wasn’t the nicest he was kind of a jerk in his form of telling us about the deals

Pros:

We found the perfect place! Our time there was for an in-person reunion with a friend I'd not been in a room with for 30+ years. After that length of time, it was refreshing to find a VERY affordable 2-bedroom villa (essentially a small apartment) where we could each have personal space plus welcoming areas for great conversations. The kitchen had everything we needed. The living area was spacious. The air conditioner was working beautifully. Even the simple touch of the sponge for the kitchen being unwrapped and unused was so thoughtful. The staff was gracious and very accommodating with some of our special requests like getting a Keurig moved into the room. We were definitely grateful to have spent our time there and are keeping this place as a favorite for future visits. Great location as well!

Cons:

Some of the artwork was a little depressing like the picture of the dead animal skull in the master bedroom. At the same time, the picture of the horses running was absolutely beautiful!
