Cons:

I’ve stayed at all kinds of hotels from dirt cheap to very expensive and never have I ever had a wifi issue at any of them. But I guess there’s a first time for everything, cause Hotel de las luces’s “wifi” was as inconsistent and bad as it can get. Not only that, staff kept giving different answers as to why it wasn’t working properly, and even contradicted themselves. It was ridiculous.

Besides that, the bathroom was terrible, beware that they give you a room with the smallest shower space I’ve ever seen. We could barely fit. Also, the bathroom’s lightbulb malfunctioned and to get it fixed we had to contact staff 3 times. It was outrageous. I will never come back and do NOT recommend this hotel.

Lastly, the tv is situated in such a terribly high spot, we couldn’t see it “comfortably” unless we were laying down flat. Also ridiculous. And the lift can only take 3 at a time (and it’s the only one, so if the hotel is packed, forget about it).

El wifi mas inconsistente y malo de mi vida. Viaje por todo el mundo y en hoteles/hosteles de todo rango de precio y NINGUNO asi de malo como esto. El staff nos dio cualquier excusa en vez de solucionarlo. Horrible. Y encima se contradecian.

La ducha del baño era ridiculamente chica, apenas entrabamos (porque comodo es pedir mucho) y ademas la luz del baño no funcionaba bien y tomo hablar con recepcion TRES veces para que lo resuelvan.

Por ultimo, la tv esta situada en un lugar tan alto que no se podia ni ver de forma comoda. Y olvidate de usar el “smart tv” porque no le daba el cuero dconectarse al wifi. Una joda. Y solo tiene 1 ascensor que lleva 3 personas a la vez. Si el hotel esta lleno, olvidate. Jamas volveria.

No me gustaron las instalaciones en general muy antiguos en las habitaciones no cuentan con videt no teníamos WiFi el aire no funcionaba el desayuno muy escaso y de muy mala calidad para poder entrar al hotel tenias que habría un portón de rejas siendo que estábamos en el micro centro el precio calidad deja mucho de desear y podría seguir enumerando pero no volvería a ese hotel tengan a bien cuando promocionan un hotel que cumpla con lis mínimos requisitos y servicios para la categoría que dicen tener este decia 3 y no llegaba a 1

HABITACIÓN INCOMODA RECEPCIONISTA QUE NO SOLUCIONAN PROBLEMAS .

Colchón muy duro, tuve que solicitar cambio de habitación (pieza estaba con mucho olor a humedad y el aire no funcionaba)
- LA SEGUNDA HABITACIÓN NO FUNCIONABA LA TV, PASARON 2 PERSONAS QUE NO SUPIERON SOLUCIONAR EL PROBLEMA HASTA QUE MANDARON UN TÉCNICO AL DIA SIGUIENTE (TÉCNICO QUE FUE MUY AMABLE)
