Wi-Fi dos quartos são ruins. No quarto 1026 o Wi-Fi não funcionou nenhum dos dias em que fiquei hospedado.

Le personnel et son service :
1-arrivee au restaurant à 21:20 . Demande de paiement immédiat et 10 Minutes après ils retiraient le buffet alors que la fermeture est annoncée à 22h
2-pbligation de changer de chambre (checkout) malgre 2 reservations consécutives. Le comble est que l’hôtel nous a redonné la même chambre en fin d’AM

Minha experiência infelizmente foi bem decepcionante. O hotel se anuncia como pet friendly, mas a realidade é bem diferente. No Booking, a única informação exibida é que ‘custos adicionais podem ser cobrados’, sem deixar claro o valor da taxa pet. Só fomos descobrir no check-in que seria cobrado R$ 153 por diária pelo pet, quando já estávamos praticamente sem opção de cancelar a hospedagem.
Já viajei e fiquei em diversos hotéis pet friendly e nunca encontrei uma cobrança tão alta sem transparência prévia. O pior é que o hotel não oferece praticamente nenhuma estrutura ou benefício para quem viaja com pet que justifique esse valor. Dá a impressão de que usam o termo ‘pet friendly’ apenas para cobrar mais do hóspede.
Além disso, a piscina estava visivelmente mal cuidada, com resíduos/esverdeado na água, passando uma sensação de sujeira e falta de manutenção. Um dos elevadores também não funcionava direito, causando transtornos, principalmente para quem está com malas, pet ou dificuldade de locomoção.
Pelo valor das diárias e pelas taxas extras cobradas, esperávamos muito mais qualidade, organização e transparência nas informações. Não recomendo, principalmente para quem viaja com pets.

Hotel velho, o elevador parou no 9 andar que era o andar do meu quarto. Ficamos uns 10 minutos até virem a manutenção mas a sensação de pânico que pudesse despencar.
