Never went back. It was so awful 5 days before we decided to change to a hotel that could meet, meet vacation and touring needs.

Never went back. It was so awful 4 days before we couldn't risk another long night without sleep, disruptive behaviors and lack of attentiveness of staff to our rest periods at night.

Pros:

Verdadeiramente a piscina ampla, de borda infinita, é linda e um diferencial do hotel, juntamente com os elevadores panorâmicos.
Fiz reserva para quarto com vista para o Rio Negro e a vista é esplêndida!
O quarto é amplo, arejado e a limpeza diária é boa.
Todas as solicitações que fiz aos funcionários foram atendidas prontamente, sem problemas.

Cons:

Não há nada que eu não tenha gostado.
Mas, de fato, há alguns detalhes que demonstram necessidade de pequenos reparos, principalmente na área comum do hotel.
A limpeza profunda dos rejuntes do box do banheiro também pode dar uma melhorada.
Mas são detalhes, nada que desmereça o hotel, pois a limpeza diária é muito boa e o quarto cheiroso.

It not worthy. Don’t be excited only by the view
Pros:

The view from pool was amazing but there was no confortable chair enough

Cons:

There was no easy way to the beach and it was far from many attractions. The price for extending the Check out hours was very expensive and there was no place to wait for airplane hours than the main lobby
