Melhor opção em Ponta Negra
Pros:

O hotel é incrível, café da manhã com boas opções, funcionários muito solícitos. Pudemos deixar as malas guardadas e aproveitar a piscina enquanto não dava o horário do check in. Aparentemente tem uma boa segurança e também um restaurante com boas opções.

Cons:

O hotel é maravilhoso, mas no procedimento de check in ainda tiram cópia dos documentos, o que considero como violação à LGPD.

Tolles Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Amazonas.
Pros:

Tolle Lage am Rio Negro, dazu ein umfassendes Sicherheitskonzept, tolles Frühstück und viele hilfsbereite Angestellte. Und die Aussicht von oben auf den Rio Negro ist jeden BRL wert.

Cons:

Der defekte dritte Fahrstuhl hätte repariert werden können.

O apto estava sujo, banheiro fedido, fui com esposa e dois filhos e não tinha nem toalhas e nem lençóis para todos. Não há vaga para o carro, tem que deixar na rua. Enfim não recomendo.

Pros:

Ótima localização para quem quer aproveitar a "praia" de Manaus. E ainda é bem próximo da Marina do Davi, de onde saem vários passeios.

Cons:

AS instalações poderiam ser melhores. O vaso, por exemplo, não tinha boa vazão, e o ar condicionado era um pouco barulhento.

Excelente hotel, mas o atendimento do restaurante precisa de treinamento.
Pros:

Educacao dos funcionários da recepcao, vallet, limpeza dos quartos, lencois novos, toalhas de boa qualidade. Sobre o local, a vista é a melhor da cidade. Vale muito apena

A falta de cortesia dos funcionários do restaurante no cafe da manha e almoco de sabado. Fui constrangida no almoco pois incluia uma bebida em cortesia e mesmo com a pulseirinha a senhora do atendimento foi a nossa mesa e questionou 3 vezes. No dia seguinte no cafe da manha, as mesas nao eram limpas para novos hospedes e mesmo pedindo a gerente, ela fez de conta que nao viu e foi fazer outra coisa. Sao detalhes mas que fazem a experiência ser boa ou ruim.

Quarto e vista agradáveis

Cons:

Sistema de ar-condicionado não estava funcionando, o técnico tentou resolver mas imagino que tenha sido problema no compressor. Era uma data comemorativa e gerou todo um transtorno na hospedagem

Gostei da comida café bem farto, o almoço pago a parte tbm muito bom, e a paisagem externa também agradável

Cons:

A pia do banheiro tinha mal cheiro, o vazo e assento já bem usados, no quarto não tinha tolhas e nem um edredom, apenas um lençol fininho! Paguei 430 na diária, isso seria o mínimo esperado.

Reservei um quarto com varada e banheira.. Cheguei lá não era nada disso. Era outro quarto não gostei uma janela de lateral, nada haver cm minha reserva ...Fiquei triste decepcionada.

O café da manhã, e o peixe tambaqui que eles servem no quarto além de ter um preço ótimo serve tranquilamente 4 pessoas. Vale muito a pena.
