Good overall. I’d stay again.
Pros:

Staff were great. The room was big and spacious with a huge comfy bed. Gym is pretty good. Underground parking beneath the hotel.

Cons:

Location isn’t great for the city centre but you can’t complain, given you know where it is when booking. The bus is quick and easy. The bathroom had a few bits needing repaired but nothing major. Breakfast is average.

Very well stay in San Sebastián
Pros:

Very kind and nice staff of the hotel. Breakfast of good quality with salty and sweet options. Not located in the city center of San Sebastián but very well connected by different bus lines. Room was good with a plus for the presence of bidet.

Pros:

Obsługa, jedzenie lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Sprzątanie w pokojach codziennie. Mini siłownia na obiekcie.

Cons:

Trochę drogo jeśli liczyć standard i lokalizację. To tylko mały minusik

Posizione che per chi ci passa in vacanza è completamente fuori contesto rispetto alla città di San Sebastian. È una struttura che va benissimo per un convegno o più in generale per soggiorni brevi legati al business

Soggiorno perfetto.
Pros:

La camera era spaziosa e confortevole, letto comodo e bagno ampio dotato di bidet. Pulizia ottima. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione poiché non inclusa ma con pochi minuti di passeggiata si trovano bar, negozi di alimentari e tutto ciò che può servire. Alla reception parlano perfettamente inglese. Per parcheggiare ci sono due opzioni, parcheggio pubblico a pagamento adiacente ( economico) parcheggio dell’ hotel interrato. Noi abbiamo usato quello pubblico. Consigliato. Noi avevamo l’auto ma per chi non ne avesse disponibilità’ la fermata del bus per il centro è proprio davanti all’hotel.

Teleurstellend verblijf helaas
Pros:

Beschikbaarheid van beveiligde parkeergarage (tegen betaling €15 per dag). Aanwezigheid van dakterras en gym. Eenvoudig met de bus naar centrum, duurt toch nog 20-25 min.

Cons:

Wij herkennen ons niet in de goede recensies. De kamer leek geenszins op de prachtige foto’s van Booking. Geen 4 sterren waard en zeker niet in verhouding tot de prijs van de kamer. De meubels (zoals nachtkastje) en het minibar meubel hebben hun beste tijd gehad, afgebladderde verf en gebroken hout. Grote lekkage vlek in het plafond van de kamer. Badkamer met douche in bad, maakte verouderde indruk. Muffe lucht (alsof er in de kamer gerookt was). Geen balkon. Geen pantoffels, geen aanvullende toiletartikelen behalve doucheschuim, wat bij een gemiddeld 4 sterren hotel voor deze (absurde) prijs wel aanwezig is. 3 persoons kamer wordt verkocht aan 4 personen met 3 bedden, niet echt comfortabel met een kind van 5 en 8, maar dit hadden we enigszins verwacht op basis van de beschrijving. ‘Uw kinderen kunnen in de aanwezige bedden slapen’ dekt toch niet helemaal de lading. Kennelijk gebruikelijk in Spanje. In de ontbijtzaal lagen verse croissants maar de harde broodjes waren zo hard als stenen (oud dus). Na enig aandringen kon er een cappuccino worden gemaakt op het piston apparaat, maar het personeel had er beide dagen heel weinig zin in, (‘misschien als ik straks tijd heb, u kunt capsule koffie maken’). Issues met slot van de kamer bij aankomst. Bij vertrek ontdekten wij dat de deur helemaal niet automatisch op slot ging, willekeurig persoon had onze kamer kunnen betreden. Al met al erg teleurstellend.
